The book came out really nice and good quality. But I should warn you, if you are transferring google slides to their print website, check out each page before submitting, some things didn't line up and I had to get them to rep it because I didn't double check. But, Catherine gave. E the confidence to go ahead and print the project. I did try calling the president office to give her a great review, but the wait is too long.

Here I am again to tell management or really ANYONE about the experiences I've had at staples when…read morereturning Amazon items. 99% of the people that work there are RUDE. They never acknowledge anyone being there with a smile or a hello. They take the packages and when I have multiple packages they become inpatient when I need to move to another item on my Return list saying "I need this item". I KNOW! They're just the rudest people I've come across in YEARS ! Please management ! Do something about this. I don't walk into a store to hear employees complaining about their jobs or how they're feeling that day. I ask them how they're days are going everytime ! PLEASE !! It makes me NOT shop there for my office supply needs !

The fellows on the truck were very sympathetic but could do nothing. I called Marcotte Disposal office where a nice lady listened to my story and said she would call back the next day after review of the truck camera. J --, called back the next day and we agreed it was a 50-50 issue, I had placed the pail close to the road and the fellows were just being helpful in picking up all items. We agreed to split the lost on a 50-50 basis. The reason I am writing is this was not a large issue and Marcotte handled this in a very professional manner . They could have dismissed my issue and none the wiser, however they did not and I am very pleased we still have family run companies like Marcotte in Sarnia.

Called them right away and was told by the female that answered the phone that I was allowed to have an attached lid on my garbage can and that someone would be contacting me back soon. Day later and still nothing until I leave a negative review on their FB page. Just got off the phone with Randy who justified my personal property being destroyed because his employees have had a rough week. Apparently their own employees don't even know their own "rules". Randy told me that you are not allowed to attach your garbage can lid to the can. Now we are left with animals getting into the trash or searching for the lid when it is carelessly tossed. Great resolution! Another unknown rule of theirs is that their employees are not allowed to speak to the public. Nice!
