The first time I came (after being redirected from my previous place) everything was fine. The lady working was really really friendly. There were 2 people ahead of me and she worked efficiently. However, I do not live close by and have now drove out of my way here 3 times over the last year and every time they are closed during their own posted business hours (9-5 m-f, 9-4 sat). The first time I don't remember details. I just thought maybe there was an emergency and the employee left and had no one to cover. Life happens. The second time, I showed up at almost 2:00pm. Someone else was in the parking lot waiting. The sign on the door said lunch 1-1:30, and the light was on inside... so we waited. I was thinking maybe they went to lunch late. We waited until 2:15. We saw no people inside, despite the lights, and no other cars around. The third time, I happened to be getting pizza at Joeys up the street so I brought my cans. What do you know - not open again! It was 11:05am this time. Someone else was angry too, as he pulled up and said this happens to him all the time too. There was a goofy sign on the door saying "nature called, brb" but I doubt that. No lights were on. Did you have to drive to Canada to use the bathroom? Please. I imagine this place is just randomly open whenever. They never answer the phone when I try to call and see if they are open. Google reviews show generic responses based on the star rating, not actually addressing any of the feedback. I wouldn't waste my time unless I lived in the neighborhood. Go somewhere else.

I was very excited about getting it at a price I could afford. A few days after the auction and it still hadn't shipped.. I knew something fishy was going on. I finally got a message saying they cancelled the sale "due to a stock error". I suspect when it came time to ship, someone looked at the price it could have sold for and stopped the sale. When I pressed for more info they said there was damage when they took it off the shelf so they can't sell it. I was aware of some damage, I saw the pictures, so I asked them what the extent of the damage was? and said I might still be interested. They have not responded. You would think if they are being truthful they would want to get rid of the damaged item even more now.
