This was the best decision I could have made. David is a pro! He has many years of experience, he is knowledgeable and confident, and quite frankly he gets stuff done! I listened to David and followed his recommendations based on his expertise, and my house sold in 12 hrs (full price offer). After the inspection, there were a few little things I needed to have fixed and I asked David to take care of it. His company works with various contractors (e.g. plumbers, electricians, etc) so I didn't have to make a single call or worry about anything. Once my house was under contract, David and I went out the very next day looking for a new house for me to buy. I found one I liked and David put in the offer that night. His advice to me was crucial during negotiations and I got the house and some closing help from the seller. We had some delays closing on the new house (from the seller's end) and David kept me updated and was in constant touch with the seller's realtor. I now own the house, and David is still helping me arrange for some electrical work to be done. House selling/buying can be a very stressful and emotional process, but David Vane made the experience a pleasure. He knows what he's doing and he is PHENOMENAL! Mark told me that with a little touch up paint on the window sills and a cleaning, the house was ready to rent. I then received a letter from Susan listing over 30 items which had to be addressed before r ending. She advised me that their handyman would price the repairs. I had someone very knowledgeable dgeable go over the list. It was so petty it was to the point of absurdity. More importantly, there was false information in there about totally unnecessary repairs. If I had not had help, I would have paid for made up repairs. Moon Ridge once confronted with my concerns discontinued my contract. Mark lies in his response to me telling me I had to address the concrete driveway be for renting. This is the he opposite of what he told me. He also mentioned painting the window sills which I agreed would be done. This company is dishonest in my experience with them and also in my experience, very poorly managed with no communication between the owners. Find a more professional company.

Janelle didn't cut any punches with me; we saw a ton of houses that I ultimately could never fall in love with. I ended up renting an apartment. lol Three years later, I'm now engaged, and my fiance and I were looking for a rental townhouse to move into. I contacted Janelle on a whim to see if she could help--I was really surprised she remembered me! She didn't hesitate to help us get going. After seeing a few train wrecks, she gently suggested that we consider buying a home instead--my fiance is a veteran, and we could easily get into a better home for pretty much no money down and well within our budget. She was really committed to making sure that we everybody on both sides won at the settlement table.
