Frank and Jenn are super patient and they were really good at understanding my needs, price range, short and long term goals. We looked all over Orange County - Newport, Costa Mesa, Santa Anna, Huntington Beach - and they are experts who know the area, how it's changed and which direction it's headed. Ultimately they helped me find exactly what I wanted - a condo that is a loft style, which reminds me of New York City (where I'm from). It's walking distance to a few restaurants and close to the beach (two of my requirements). I would not have found it without Team Shamoo! Along with being great to work with, Frank and Jenn are awesome to be around. I'm lucky to have them as agents but even more so to consider them my friends.

You can't walk into an open house without being harassed for personal info. Good luck to the sellers. I have been in the real estate market for many years, and the best realtors are the ones who listen and show interest in what buyers have to say. Sawsan is not one of those. We are interested in buying a $1.2mil. home she has on open house. She should understand her clientele better. She's not dealing with a $200k home. I would dump her if she was my agent!

They don't just talk about excellence; it's in their DNA, clearly. I will never forget the first Saturday we looked at 12 (14?) homes on that one day. William kept us on schedule and on-target with what we needed. They helped with everything, including financing and even with getting us our home insurance. And William's personal follow-through and follow-up after the sale with recommendations for a couple projects was invaluable. 10 out of 10, no notes. Truly thankful for all the things we could do electronically too. If you are looking for a new realtor, start here. https://www.iconrealty.io/team/william-white

A great team, they're both very responsive and communicative and make sure to cover everything. No matter what concerns you may have, Chris as the realtor always makes sure to find the answer. Reliable and really sweet, we appreciate both of them. There was a house he had listed for a different client; when we looked at the house he was honest about all aspects of the property and didn't try to push it in any manner. We really appreciated the transparency. Highly recommend Chris and Diana Arrieta!

Lots of promises made that then were not followed through on and master manipulation. Another tip if you're stuck with this agency like we were, don't let them use their own hired inspector for the home you're purchasing. We ended up with an absolute money pit that every single engineer and contractor that has come out has said should have been discovered during an inspection. Hire YOUR OWN inspector that actually has your interest at heart rather than helping shady agents close a deal. Please find any other agency to work with than this one. It is one of the biggest regrets of our family's lives.
