After waiting weeks for "Elizabeth" to get back to me after imputing my personal financial information, I was very disappointed and unimpressed. The plan involved a telephone call only, no written report (nor anything written), and I did not learn a thing. She did not inform me of NJ domestic partnerships or other tax-savings strategies for my future RMD's. I learned more from the WSJ. At the time, I asked what this firm charged for an uncomplicated tax return which for me involved cd bank interest and stock dividends, pension, social security, property taxes paid on my house. The charge quote then was $800 for a simple return. My CPA then and now charge less than half that amount. My boyfriend lived next door to this company. Last year, the work was slow, taking about 2 months to complete my return, but the work seemed ok. I decided to try them again this year and could not be more disappointed.
