Last year, I brought all my stuff and went over to the office and stood looking in their service window to wait for the lady sitting by the window to acknowledge me and take my stuff. Well, she looked right at me, and went right back to whatever it was she was doing. I peered inside and saw a busy office. I didn't know what to do; I kept expecting her to open the window but as the minutes ticked by I realized she was determined to ignore me. I looked at my watch, and gave it a few more minutes as I picked another tax place to go to. I finally left wondering how anyone can ignore a customer standing right in front of them.
