And don't get me started on the pronunciation of the some of the plants I looked at... LOL The selection at Moon Valley is incredible. If you're trying to turn your backyard into a personal paradise, this is the place. They've got everything from statement trees like the Texas Mountain Laurel (which I'm convinced is the botanical equivalent of a luxury car) to colorful shrubs and bright, cheerful plants that make your yard look like it actually has its life together. There are so many trees there, so its a gimmie they will have someone for everyone. The staff walked me through care tips, placement ideas, and even helped me load everything up without making me feel like I was about to drop a plant worth more than my truck. It took 2 calls and 2 emails before I was finally contacted for the injections (March 25). Now, I've called the store, my salesperson and emailed the booking dept checking status on tree trimming. Finally got an email April 13th that says "I do see you purchased it, but it did not populate on my end. I will reach out about the date as soon as I receive that paperwork." It's April 16th and no response or update. I have used another tree trimmer in the past who comes out same day! It's ridiculous at this point. If you're busy at least tell me. Will not use them for maintenance in the future.

Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, I was accused of knowingly taking a plant that wasn't mine... which makes no sense. How would any customer possibly know that? Mistakes happen, I understand that. But how a business handles those mistakes is what really matters. Being blamed for something completely out of my control, after being a loyal customer, was disappointing and frustrating.
