The day before, I had another company come to my property and provide a quote. They inspected the area and made no mention of mold, fungi, or any major issues. Then this person arrived, quickly claimed I had mold on my basketball court and fungi on my roof, and suddenly raised the price from $1,000 to $2,800. When I said I would be leaving an appropriate review about the experience, the price immediately dropped to $1,800, and then somehow dropped again to $1,500. The constant price changes made the entire situation feel extremely dishonest and unprofessional. In my opinion, this felt like a bait-and-switch and a total fake-out. It seemed like he assumed he could take advantage of me because I am a woman. I would not recommend this company and would strongly advise others to be very careful before hiring them.
