It…read morewas delay after delay, his staff showing up when they wanted to, showing up late to go and do other quotes while on the job, neglectful in their duties (did not cover floors and left our home an absolute disaster), put 3M duct tape over the holes he (owner) created in our sheetrock because they covered our electrical receptacles and literally slapped mudding over it. He does not have a standard crew and has no pre-planning ability thus leading to unnecessary delays. We decided to part ways with him as our job was scheduled to be completed in January...it's March and still "looking for someone to assist him". We should have stuck with our initial thoughts of severing the contract last month, but decided to give him (owner) a chance to fix it. When we had enough and asked him to finish the paint job that he was fully paid for and we would complete the project at a later time he came to our home gathered his tools and left without completing the job. I have receipts showing he was paid in full, video of the state of our home, text messages and contract to prove all of this. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else. He has multiple names for his business and recently merged with his wife using Navy & Grey designs! We didn't do any business with the interior design so I wouldn't deter anyone from trying her services. I have been calling and texting Mark since November to make arrangements for them to complete the job and have been assured that they will get to it "next week". We do not have a shower curtain (they haven't installed the rod I bought), we do not have a handheld shower head, and the door to the bathroom was not installed as asked. Maybe the service is better for bigger jobs? I don't know, but I wouldn't recommend using MGR based on my experience.

They have separate crews for everything so getting people to show up was a small challenge that added about a week to the expected timeframe. Biggest problem was none of them took their trash away (or leftover materials). I was stuck with a truck load of drywall sraps to dispose of myself and filled my trash can with the remainder of the random trash generated by the rest. Grout and thin set all over the white base board moldings, to lazy to move the pipes to install vanity correctly and left the back of the old vanity attached to the wall. Put tile along side of vanity to cover up exposed wood ; grout on floor. NEVER FINSHED hooking up my vanity ; running water. Master bathroom grout all over the place on the moldings and floor, broke two ceramic coner shelves; title kept falling of walls had to redo the master shower three times. There was a square hole cut in our master bathroom linen closet ; understand had to get to the pipes. But the mess was never cleaned up and the wife had balls to say that we the home owner would be charged for that. It's not up to the home owner to pay for his mess or hole he made. Now our shelves in there are broken. We also wanted a doggie door installed into the wall in our living area ; mr. Rick bought a doggie dog that you install into the door instead of buying one you install into the wall. If he didn't know they made such a thing he should have asked or research it. We wanted two walls taken down; which he did the mudd was put on thick and not even. Last but not least we wanted a 2 ft pony wall put inbetween the living area and the dining room for separation. The came out to be 18 inches put over the carpet, and the molding on the one side is bent and not even straight. OUR TOOLS WERE USED WITHOUT PERMISSION such as our sanding sponges, putty scrapers, HOUSEHOLD VACCUME to clean Sheetrock dust, we had bought a little tub of spackle GONE. OUR SNACKS in the ref. we're eaten WITHOUT PERMISSION. Missing receipts. I can keep going on and on. When we told his wife that we were very dissatisfied all she was kept alopogizing , it seemed like she didn't care and didn't go out of her way to correct the problem. These people seemed like they had no pride in there work they were doing. NEVER AGAIN will I recommend them.
