He was easy to get in touch with, kept us updated, and made the whole process feel simple and stress free. His pricing was very fair, especially for the quality of work he delivered. Brandon is not only talented, but also genuinely kind and respectful, which really matters when you have someone working in your home. What impressed us the most was how hard he worked. He completed our entire downstairs, including all the trim, in just two days by himself. The finished product looks amazing and the attention to detail really shows. We honestly could not be happier and would recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking, and skilled painter.

I cannot tell there were ever any problems. It looks like a brand new home now that they have finished. The team was very detail oriented, communicated very well and took their time to get every little thing just right. I can't remember a time I ever had such a good experience with a contractor. I'd give 10 stars if possible! (Before and after photos attached)

He did measurements, and then made an appointment to come back and discuss the process. The discussion included the approximate time it would take to complete the project along with the different stages involved, and what was expected of us. It was truly amazing to watch each crew as they performed their "phase" of the construction. The workers were all professional and respectful. Each crew worked in concert with the other (weather permitting), and every phase completed appeared to be seamless. We were kept abreast of what was happening, and of what would happen next, and "John" was impressive. He was courteous, and shared details with us. He would also do follow-up to ask if a job had been completed, and to ask if we were satisfied with the results. I love my walk-in closet, and Sentry Construction was truly interested in customer satisfaction. The completed renovations exceeded our expectations. Our bedroom is beautiful, and it looks as if it was always that size.

I have been calling and texting Mark since November to make arrangements for them to complete the job and have been assured that they will get to it "next week". We do not have a shower curtain (they haven't installed the rod I bought), we do not have a handheld shower head, and the door to the bathroom was not installed as asked. Maybe the service is better for bigger jobs? I don't know, but I wouldn't recommend using MGR based on my experience.

So say the least, stainless steel appliances were left unclean. The mirrors in every room weren't clean properly, the garbage was not picked up in every room, the dining room table was not clean properly, there was food particles and dust left behind, the beds were not going to get fixed unless told to do so. In their deep cleaning description they stated that the inside and out of the dishwasher and refrigerator would be clean, and that the doorknobs and blinds throughout the house would be cleaned but that was not done. After we went through the house, they did come back and fixed what I just mentioned. After they left my home, I was doing my makeup to leave the house and my husband side of the sink counter in the master bedroom had hair. Again, the ladies were very nice but they lack experience in the expectations after charging 405.00 for the "deep cleaning" of my home. Unfortunately, will not be using them again
