After paying several thousand dollars per each of the contracts, to date no work has begun on the water line and only posts have been erected on the fence. I have been given one excuse after another for no work being done and Mr Hall will no longer return my calls or texts. His secretary is sympathetic and cordial but "doesn't know why he won't communicate". She inferred at one point that they were low on cash. I know they are doing other customer work...so why not mine!? My only remaining option at this point is to seek legal counsel to recoup my funds. I called a handful of different companies to provide us a quote on screening in our patio. A couple of them wouldn't call back, and the others would only tell me the materials that they would use and how they would install it. Any sort of customizing outside of what they normally do increased the cost dramatically. When I called Apple Enclosure and explained what we wanted, she told me that the owner would like to schedule an appointment to come out free of charge and look at the project with me so we can discuss all of our options. When Toby arrived, he was very interested in helping us customize the project to achieve what we were looking for. He took the time to explain all of the different options including materials available, different types of screened enclosures and the costs associated with all of them. Once we came up with the idea he told me that he would have a quote to me in the next couple days. The very next morning, he emailed me a detailed quote with everything that we discussed and it was customized to our taste AND cheaper than his competitors! When his crew arrived to start the project, we were surprised at how professional and clean they were. The first day they came in and framed up almost the whole patio and had everything ready to go for the next day when they arrived. The next morning they got right after it and finished it up shortly after lunch. We were very impressed with the professionalism as well as the cleanliness of the install team. They went above and beyond what we expected to make sure that every piece of metal and dust was picked up and swept before they left. The fit, finish and look of their completed work is absolutely astonishing! I'm glad we trusted Toby and his team and will only look to them in the future when needing an enclosure of any type!

I recently moved into a neighborhood with multiple homes being built. They were building a fence and their trailer (and someone else's a truck) were blocking the roadway from my being able to get home. I asked an employee (who was getting a tool from the cab) if he wouldn't mind moving the truck slightly over. He proceeded to tell me their truck was "there longer" and I needed to track down the other truck owner. I asked again if he could move it because I had two kids in the car and I couldn't leave them unattended. This time, he laughed and told me to talk to his "supervisor." This "supervisor" was beyond disrespectful and refused to move the trailer. This required me to contact the builder/management of the construction site which came and ultimately the other vehicle moved. The funny part is, this company is likely the same ones who installed my fence and I truly thought about getting a quote for extra work (expanding the size of my fence and adding a door) because the work seems good. However, under no circumstance, could I recommend a company who allows their "supervisor" at a job site to treat the neighbors with such disrespect and contempt.
