As someone who didn't need a CDL anymore, I was able to drop back down to a regular Class C and they gave me the other necessary steps I needed to take before my court date. They were able to get my ticket dropped to defective equipment-no points, and does not go on my driving record. They also began to offer a plan for if I needed to keep my CDL. The outcome probably wouldn't have been ideal, but they were ready to help if necessary. Ended up paying less than $200 in court and ticket fines total, which I will absolutely take over a raise in insurance premium or license suspension!! Their flat rate of $200 is definitely worth it!
