Murphy Mobile Mechanic Service is Excellent and a life saver…read more One day my girlfriend's car didnt start. I thought it was the starter based on what I was hearing. But I wasn't 100%. So my girlfriend was going to take it to a shop and was quoted over a grand. So Instead I looked on yelp and found Murphy's and requested a quote at about 10:50pm on a Friday night. I got a text to my cell phone at 11:02pm just minute's later!! He asked me what I heard and he agreed that it sounded like the starter. He got all the information about the car and said he would contact me in the morning. The very next morning he called me and got the part and was headed over to my apartment to help. He got here quickly and tested to make sure it was the starter before he installed it to save time and money. And got it installed and ready and working perfectly in about 30-40 minutes. He charged us for the part he brought for us and the labor and we ended up paying around 600 bucks when we would have been paying at LEAST twice that at a shop, and we didn't have to worry about towing the car to a shop or anything since he came to us. We were extremely happy and I'd recommend him to anyone. I believe his name was John, If I'm incorrect I'm sorry lol. But he was very good, quick, knowledgeable and convenient. I took his business card and will definitely give him a call for future issues.

He talked with me on the phone, got my VIN, ordered the part, communicated with me that it had arrived (which only took a couple days) and THEN I brought my car in to be fixed. My car didn't have to sit in the parking lot for three days waiting on a part to arrive. I didn't have to go three days without a car trying to figure out how to do school drop off and pick up. It took like maybe two or three hours from the time I dropped it off to the time he told me it was done. Granted, he's a new business and I only saw one other employee. So I'm sure as he gets more business wait times and lead times will get longer but the communication is ON POINT and Aaron will be getting all my automotive repair business from now on.
