I found that framing unnecessary and unprofessional, especially given that the review reflects my actual experience. Due to recent threats of legal action over my original opinion, I have been documenting communications and recording calls. I'm comfortable standing by the factual details of what occurred. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company. Protect yourself and make sure you get written estimates.

The tree had cracks and was in danger of coming down on its own. The neighbor was difficult and wouldn't grant access to the property on their side of the tree, denying the crew a safe work environment. The Tree Dudes accommodated my neighbor's wishes and was able to bring down the tree safely while only working from 1 side. The crew members that did the job were very friendly and professional, cleaned up after themselves, and did a marvelous job. I would strongly recommend The Tree Dudes to anyone.

With the crazy weather and high winds we've been having it was time for them to come down and after talking with Tim during the estimate process I knew TB Tree Service was who I wanted to do the job. Tim and his top notch crew were exceptional and the equipment they use is impressive as well . There wasn't a lot of room for them to work but their precision in cutting large sections of the trees and using a crane to swing them over the house to their huge chipper machine was something you had to see to believe. They did all this with safety being their #1 priority and without the slightest bit of damage to my yard or landscaping (and I'm exceptionally picky). To top it all off, cleanup was done so well that the only evidence that major tree work had been done is that the trees are gone - not a stray branch, wood chips of even a leaf remained. And I do mean last minute; once there was already snow on the ground! Once the snow melted, they were here in days to skillfully handle what I'm too lazy to do. I'm the only dummy on my block with a bunch of old-growth trees on their property (yes, my lawn-fussy neighbors hate me). There are a TON of leaves. The year I did the job myself, I lost count after forty (40!) lawn & leaf bags filled. Mike & the Top Cut crew made our life so much easier, and did a perfect job! And the price was surprisingly reasonable. No, really! I'm annoyed that there aren't many reviews for Top Cut. They deserve a chance to earn your business.
