I have to say I was very disappointed…read more The driver showed up 20 min late, the back of the limo was freezing and he didn't know how to turn on the lights or music in the back for over 10 minutes. Not to mention couldn't open one of the doors in the back bc it kept sticking. The driver didn't introduce himself until after reaching our first destination. He wasn't familiar with where we were going and taking crazy routes and turns. As much of a convenience as taking a car was, I was disappointed with the service itself.

I dealt with her again on a later date and she was unprofessional and downright rude. The driver was nice however he arrived almost an hour early because he had the wrong time. At this point he asked how I would be paying for the limo and asked if he could get his tip in cash. I already planned to give him cash (no request necessary). He then counted his tip in front of me when we got home at the end of the night. As I said before, the driver was actually a nice guy but after dealing with the woman who owns/manages "Touch of Class" I would NEVER use this company again. The name of the business is definitely ironic!

Marcos drove with extreme care and he was curtious to all other drivers plus it was a smooth ride. The Cadillac car was luxurious and clean. I would recommend Marcos and his company for all trips around Boston. Our hotel, The Battery Wharf Hotel recommended Marcos and it proofed to be the right choice. I will use Marcos and his company every time I am in Boston.
