The bread was a bit harder and chewier than my preference, but it was still good. They had some exotic Fanta and Schweppes drinks that I had never seen before. The Hook and Ladder comes with smoked turkey and honey ham deli meats, lettuce, tomatoes, Monterey Jack cheese, mustard, onions and mayo. However, I asked for no onions and no mayo. So after those 7 or so minutes, I still had to wait for another 5 or so minutes for my food. The waiter asked how my food was, and proceeded to tell me that the option I chose was not a good one and if he were me, I should have ordered a different croffle. (This is something he probably should have mentioned when I was ordering.) In the end, I enjoyed my food and the look of the place. Hopefully with time, these small things will improve.
