Whom relies on me on a daily basis. I was terrified at the level of damage I did and worried that I would have chronic shoulder pain for life. While I was being treated, the therapist was also working with another client at the same time. Sometimes more. The area is small, not very private and awkward. Didn't realize this was not the norm until I went to another PT clinic. There I have 1 on 1 with the therapist and the area is spread out and better privacy. Also annoyed when I originally booked with ATI I told them to make sure they were a tier one provider and that I only had to pay a $25 co pay. Each visit I was charged the $25 co pay, so I assumed it was. But after multiple visits found out it wasn't and I am now responsible for paying over $500 more along with $25 I paid with each visit. ( My mistake for not double checking, but would of been nice to know, specifically since I asked to make sure they checked this in the beginning. )
