She even let me know that the practice would take the hit and cover the portion my insurance was supposed to cover for my splints if insurance decided not to cover it. I was beyond impressed with this place and would have recommended it to anyone and everyone at the time. It is rare to see a practice go out of its way to make sure its patients get the proper care, even if it affects them. However, after my experiences with the front desk, I do not ever plan to return. I received a bill that was over $100, which was not a surprise, and I was fine with. I had, however, asked to see the itemized receipt on multiple occasions and was not provided with this information as I had asked. One of the receptionists I spoke with the most about this itemized bill seemed to get very distracted easily. Before the itemized bill became a problem, he asked for my Instagram, and after I said no, he continuously flirted with me. I just tried to stay friendly and ignored it since he didn't show any harmful intentions. His flirtatiousness had only become a problem once the issue of the bill had arisen. He said he would communicate with my hand therapist about this bill and what items were charged, and he never once got back to me. I ended up paying this bill without an itemized receipt, which was very frustrating to say the least. After I had finished my therapy, I had come across another issue. Another receptionist had told me to ignore the bills I was getting in the mail, as I had already paid all of my bills. So I did, then found out 2 years later I was sent to collections for an unpaid bill. I had reached out multiple times to Bonney Lake Highline PT and even left voicemails with no response to find out if I was sent to collections or if this was a scam. I ended up having to go directly into the office to discuss this with one of the receptionists. He had confirmed that I was sent to collections and showed me the bill. I asked him to talk to his manager about how frustrating it was for me to be given so much misinformation. Fast forward to today, when I call collections, I find out my bill is nearly double the bill Highline sent in. I asked them to explain. They said that it was the full bill they had received. They hadn't added anything onto the bill, and we figured out together that Highline had shown me the wrong bill when I went in person. Once highline had sent the bill to colelctions they wouldn't have kept that in their reccords and so they would not have the bill to show me anymore. It has been a few weeks since I asked for the situation of being sent to collections to be brought up to the manager. I haven't received any communications or so much as an apology. I am beyond disappointed with their services and continuous miscommunication.

I am so unbelievably grateful for Denise! I injured my…read moreshoulder at work a few weeks ago. The pain kept me awake, I was unable to care for my special needs son. Whom relies on me on a daily basis. I was terrified at the level of damage I did and worried that I would have chronic shoulder pain for life. I have had two appointments with Denis and she brought to light my poor posture and how that impacted my injury. By the end of my first visit and with some helpful techniques my pain was minimal and my range of motion was almost back to baseline. I cried on my way home, so thankful that this pain is fixable, and as long as I take what she says seriously. I should make a full recovery. Both PT associates I have met with are extremely nice and understanding. They both came across as experts in their field, able to answer all of my questions (including the random ones). My appointments have been on-time and appointment availability here is awesome. I've been given a full 40-minute span of attention each appointment. The staff at Apple appear to be experts in their practice and the service I recieve there is comprehensive and understanding. All around - a great place for quality PT.

I had problems from day one with scheduling...I would show up for massage and would be told I had PT, another time I had changed an appointment only to be called and be told I had missed that appointment. I had three different therapists in six visits and each was completely different. To top it off I was overcharged and threatened with sending me to collections because they couldn't get paid from my insurance because they didn't send in paperwork repeatedly requested by my insurance. And even after I took charge and got everything straightened out they still tried to charge me more than the contractual agreement with my insurance. The only thing consistent with Apple's service is that it was consistently bad.

While I was being treated, the therapist was also working with another client at the same time. Sometimes more. The area is small, not very private and awkward. Didn't realize this was not the norm until I went to another PT clinic. There I have 1 on 1 with the therapist and the area is spread out and better privacy. Also annoyed when I originally booked with ATI I told them to make sure they were a tier one provider and that I only had to pay a $25 co pay. Each visit I was charged the $25 co pay, so I assumed it was. But after multiple visits found out it wasn't and I am now responsible for paying over $500 more along with $25 I paid with each visit. ( My mistake for not double checking, but would of been nice to know, specifically since I asked to make sure they checked this in the beginning. )
