09/02/2025 - These guys are good. I came here from a car accident back in Mid July. PS. BUY yourself a car cam. I know it is off topic for this review but it literally saved my A**. If your scared of the neck 'snap', just tell them from the get-go and they will do alternatives. I like it myself. Now my mid back doesn't like that at all and Doctor Hamilton noticed and we agreed to not do the mid back press for me. Mid back only works if someone is holding me up and bear hugs tight with a little gravity drop kick Murphy action. Usually a big family member does this for me. The side hip twist 'snap' the doctor does for my lower back I do like also. This is my first time at a chiropractor ever and I am pleasantly surprised. I was a bit scared before I came here since it was all a mystery, plus I've watched way too many Jason Statham movies of him snapping necks. But now I enjoy the neck and lower back popping. mid/upper back we avoid. There is also great massages on certain days, Acupuncture and vacuum cups for your back on other days. They also have back exercise equipment for specific skeletal and muscle groups. I like the office dog as well. Anyways, especially if you recently got into a car accident and need some pain relief, I recommend this nice Chiropractor and his staff. read more

I had been dealing with back pain that kept getting worse. I thought if I walked more, hiked, got massages and stretched, I could "fix" myself. Unfortunately, I was not getting better. In fact, I could not bend over and tie my shoes. I could not sleep. I was having trouble with going up/down stairs. I knew I had a problem. My massage therapist recommended Dynamic Chiropractic. I called them and immediately got an appointment. I walked in and said, "I am scared to be here but I need help." Dr. Hamilton assured me he would explain everything and walk me through any adjustments. My hip was higher by an inch on one side and my disc was compressed. I walked in the beginning of April. I am thrilled to say just a few months later, I can tie my shoes and through gentle adjustments and amazing tools, icing, traction, proper stretching and massage, I feel like myself again. So grateful for Dr. Hamilton and his staff. If you are nervous to try chiropractic care, consider making an exception and give them a chance. I found myself running up stairs the other day....I no longer have that nagging pain all day long. I look forward to seeing Dr. Hamilton and his staff...I am no longer scared. Dr. Hamilton, Angie, AngieLe, and Megan are AMAZING! I wish I had gone to Dr. Hamilton when my chiropractor retired! A few weeks ago I called for an appointment due to a pain in my lower back and after the FIRST adjustment I felt so much better! I usually have daily headaches but since going to Dr. Hamilton they have decreased dramatically! The staff knows you by name after the first visit and are extremely friendly, almost like family. Came here on a recommendation from my attorney and actually felt relief from neck and shoulder pain due to being a victim of yet another car crash; thanks WA. I was skeptical at first about neck adjustments, but Dr. Hamilton took time to explain everything in detail and outlined the physiological reason and outcomes of adjustments. The initial intake was a medical history, a series of x-rays and a focused exam by Dr. Hamilton followed by a treatment plan. Throughout the course of treatments, all the equipment was sanitized before a new patient was called back during pandemic regulations. Although staffing changes and a small remodel has happened since I first started treatments, Dr. Hamilton, Dr. Ryan (?), and Angelie (sorry, I don't know the proper spelling) are super friendly and accommodating. I had insurance issues that the Dr. was very understanding about, but not the front desk girl. Once they were fixed I called the office and had issues with the front desk worker. She has never been nice but I have always brushed it aside due to the great work of the Dr. I won't be returning due to the disrespect she has given me both over the phone and in person. The front desk lady is the only reason I will never return to this place and if they hire someone new who cares about the patients I would come back right away. If I were you, don't come here. You can find a place that has better staff and you won't feel attacked about insurance issues that were already handled but were told you were lying about. My husband & I recently bought a home and moved to the area. Due to the move, both of us has been exhausted to say the least coupled with both of us recently taking on jogging 3 miles a day, 5 days a week. So, we are both in need of a massage. My husband had booked the massage for me weeks ago and we have been emailing with the front desk back & forth for days. I emailed them our insurance card, ID and even a prescription from my Doctor. We have great insurance that allows us both to have 45 massages in a year and we have in the past used it on numerous occasions with other chiropractors prior to moving to the area. My husband even received a call a day prior to confirm my appointment and I was good to go! Personally, I am big on first impressions and dare I say, my first impression of DynamicChiros was terrible! You know how you walk into a meeting and suddenly have "unwelcome stares" and that look of "what are you doing here", well, that was exactly how it felt. I am big on energy. Now I must say, I looked terrible, in fact someone might pass me for a homeless person. But the question then becomes, does that warrant the "unwelcome stares" or the question that the assistant at the front desk asked saying "Am I sure I had an appointment" with them? or the Doctor who came in and rudely asked "How did you hear about us?" and still insisting on the name of my friend when I told him that I was referred by my friend who goes there? I was only when I about to leave that the front desk assistant looked again and laughed nervously that there had been a mistake and that I did have an appointment. I literally had to show her the email threads from our previous conversation. One that is for certain, I will never go back there. I hope will take this review as a teachable moment and not judge a book by its cover. Kindness doesn't cost a thing. read more

I wished I could give Dynamic Chiros - Auburn a less than 1 star rating. My husband and I went to Andrew Hamilton in December 2021 after our chiropractor of 23 years , Dr. Philip Thompson, retired. At our first visit he performed a consult and review of systems and symptoms and then performed his chiropractic adjustment on each of us. He used a tool which looked like a Black and Decker Shop Hand tool fabricated into a chiropractic tool. It hurt like heck. The next visit he used the same tool and I decided after that visit that the that if I were to go back I would tell him not to use it as it was very painful. My 3rd visit was with the massage therapist and she was awesome, however the office staff was very rude and impatient at that visit and rather than deal with that on top of having to confront him I just asked them to cancel any future appointments. Since then, I have thankfully found another chiropractor who I am very pleased with. I requested my medical records and x-rays from Dynamic Chiros (Andrew Hamilton) and although I was able to get my chart notes, he came out and told me he was unable to give me my x-rays. I find that very concerning as this is not an unusual request and are needed for future care. I do not want to have to get them taken again. I would never refer anyone there. Really not a good experience there. read more
