I saw this place online and felt we had to stop by - and I'm so glad that we did. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the owners, Ken and Clayton, who were so appreciative we stopped in and were happy to show us around the space. They both were so friendly and helpful as we browsed. Words don't quite fully capture how impressive the experience they've created in this space is - each of the 3 rooms are meticulously designed to display the beauty of all the antique pieces available in a way that makes you want to stay and really take it all in. The rooms are all adorned with artworks, antique mirrors, hand painted porcelain of all kinds, crystalware, vintage jewelry, and beautiful colored decanters and glass sets. We bought several items, the prices were fair and Clayton then wrapped & boxed each item for us. It was a great experience, we definitely will be back next time we are in the area! read more

The Twin Peaks of antique stores on the Cape. If tea cups and dainty glass things are your thing... then this place is for you. No, not my thing, that is; I prefer traditional colonial antiques. Long story short: two guys bought an old house, Route 6A west bound on the right side. Go slow or you will miss the entrance. Limited parking. Be careful when jumping back on 6A too. They have a few rooms of glass curios, tea cups, and such. However, you are not allowed to touch or pick anything up. You are, sort of, escorted through the store by one of the two owners. Claim to fame... Babs Streisand once visited. Nice service, but you are watched intently and a little uncomfortably. Prices are, in my opinion, very inflated... cashing in on the 6A antique crowd. Remember, do not touch a thing! read more

This past weekend, I had the honor of meeting Ken and Clay. We drove past Wisteria Antiques and something made us turn around and go inside. The shop is one of the most beautiful and magical places I have stepped into, in a long time. I looked at a few items and one of them suggested a brooch that was not on the floor. They brought it out and it was a wonderful green and blue peacock, which I purchased along with a tiger eye pendant and an art deco choker. My only regret is that I do not live closer, or I would have purchased a lot more. Ken and Clay are a treasure themselves. I wish them all the love and happiness. read more

Stopped into Wisteria today! What an amazing experience! Three rooms of this antique home have beautifully displayed porcelain, glass and stunning jewelry and more. The owners Ken and Clay are two of the nicest people my sister and I have ever met. If you are on the Cape and love beautiful things, you have to visit Wisteria Antiques on 6A in Brewster. read more

I'm not one to write reviews, but I wanted to say how pleased I was with my experience at Wisteria Antiques. I've been visiting Brewster my whole life, and my last visit there, a friend recommended Wisteria Antiques. When I arrived, I noticed the sign said the business was closed. Having visited some other antique shops in the area, I didn't want to leave this one off my list, so I called to see if they would be open during my brief visit to the Cape. They were gracious enough to schedule an appointment for a private visit. Once I arrived, Ken and Clay could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Their shop is in their beautiful and historic home, and I was amazed by the curated selection of beautiful items. I was kind of on a search for a unique gift for a friend who appreciates fine antiques as much as I do. It was here where I was able to select a lovely vase, that fit well within my budget. Ken and Clay were available and informative, willing to explain each piece that caught my eye. This shop is such a unique treasure in a corridor crowded with antique shops. It's well worth the visit. What a special, personalized experience! read more

My husband and I were visiting Boston this past weekend and decided to take a drive down to the coastal communities to get out of the city for a day. We stumbled across Wisteria Antiques on our way back to Boston. First of all, let me say that the house and gardens are spectacular. We bought a house built in 1938 two years ago and are going through the renovation process now so I can totally appreciate all the love, sweat, and tears that the owners have poured in to this place over the years. It truly shows. Secondly, both of the owners made us feel so welcome in their shop. In some antique stores I've been in (and I've been in a ton), I've felt unwelcome and like it was a burden for me to be there. Not at all here!! So much so, we must have stayed almost an hour just chatting with them both. They are both the type of people you meet and just instantly feel like you've known them for years. We ended up purchasing an antique iron ewer to bring back to our home in Florida. It's in perfect condition and I just love how very ornate it is. Every time I look at this new to us piece it will remind me of our lovely Boston trip and these two awesome humans. read more

Beautiful!! Elegant and lavish, in the style of Marie Antoinette. Tea sets, porcelain, crystal and high-end costume jewelry. It's all genuine antiques and hand painted, but so well cared for they looked new. Easily the perfect spot to pick out something timeless for a wedding or anniversary gift. There are so many antique stores on the cape that feel more or less the same, but this one stands out far above the rest. I'm temped to go back and buy one of those sky blue perfume bottles;) Oh and don't get me started on the perfectly manicured garden lawn, the whimsical statues, the stone walkway and the lavender old Victorian. The owners are incredibly warm, friendly, funny and welcoming. They'll probably strike up a conversation and have you laughing with cute stories, and then invite you to come back and visit. Just two down-to-earth, genuinely sweet guys. This was the highlight of our trip to the Cape. Please do yourself a favor and check this out. It should be open till the end of October, get to it! read more

I have never met such wonderful business owners like Clay and Ken. My mom and I had such a wonderful time at their antique shop/home today. Everything in the shop was magical and beautiful. Everything they had was also beautifully placed. They went above and beyond to make my mom and I happy! They were so friendly and accommodating to us, I left with a huge smile on my face and a trunk full of goodies! We loved their dog Miss Ruby Anne Cohen too! We already can't wait to come back next year. Thank you so much! read more

I was searching for Antique shops with my sister while vacationing on the Cape and came across this shop (on Yelp, actually). First off, what a vision! There are jewels and fine porcelain dishes in every crevice. So fun! We are huge vintage jewelry fans and were thrilled to see their well-curated pieces, including many vintage designer brands (Givenchy, Karl Lagerfeld). We both landed on two beautiful, one of a kind Givenchy gold necklaces from the seventies for an incredible deal. But the best part of our experience were the two owners of the shop and their dog Miss Ruby! They were so warm, welcoming, helpful, vibrant, personable--too many adjectives to fit into one Yelp review! We will definitely be back when we return to the Cape and fit in one more visit on this trip too. read more

Ken and Clay are such a sweet couple. Their home-turned-antique shop is a true gem. It's different than anything else on the cape. So much to see, all the rooms are filled with fascinating pieces from beaded bags and ornate China, to vintage clip-on earnings and spectacular baubles. Wisteria Antiques is a treasure of a shop in beautiful Brewster on Cape Cod. We entered this store and knew, immediately, that we had found a rare and special place. The antiques that grace the shop are a collection that one would have to travel the world to find. The owners, Ken and Clay, are the "icing on the cake". You will find many beautiful things to admire and purchase but you will also, quite likely, make a new friend or two at the same time. The guys are kind, pleasant, likable people who you will want to spend time with even if you are not in the market for antiques at the moment. Don't miss Wisteria Antiques if you are fortunate enough to be on The Cape when they are open for business. read more

A lovely antique shop with very friendly and welcoming owners. Unique and beautiful jewelry and china. A must stop along 6A while antiquing!! read more

Wife and I stopped by after shopping 6 or 8 other antique stores along 6A and what a refreshing experience we had. The store is in the early stage of going out of business because the owners are at and past retirement age. A very upscale inventory will be moved at dramatic discounts while they are kreeping towards retirement. Other that the excellent collections they offer for sale, and their willingness to negotiate on prices, the singular part of the shopping experience is the genuineness and friendly nature of the welcome we received at this store. If you like shopping for antiques, this is a must visit site on the Cape! read more

I was vacationing in the Cape Cod area with my daughter Julia. She wanted to check out the local antique shops, and I had remembered seeing Wisteria Antiques in passing a few times. It was such a pretty place on the outside that we wanted to check out inside. OMG! What an incredible place. First we were greeted at the door by one of the owners, Ken, who welcomed us in. Ken explained the types of items they sold, vintage jewelry (which I love), hand-painted Limoges china, and crystal, lamps, everything beautifully displayed. One of the rules was that if you wanted to look at something, it was better for Ken to get it down to show you, which was fine with me, as my middle name isn't Grace. Everything was just so beautiful. Later on Clay and Miss Ruby their puppy joined us. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. I'm by no stretch of the imagination a decorator, but Wisteria Antiques was probably one of the most beautiful shops I've ever seen. The next time I go to visit my daughter, I will be sure to stop in again. read more

An absolute gem! Ken and Clay are amazing and their edit of antiques are breathtaking. A true delight!

My husband and I had the most wonderful time in this jewel of a shop, that has the most wonderful owners along with their sweet pup, Miss Ruby. I asked Ken if they had an unusual pattern I've been looking for- for nearly 10 years- and Clay found it! (I can't wait to have a real Christmas tea service with my best friend this year!). We had such a great time chatting with these terrific men and learning about the treasurers there. This experience was an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. Thank you so much, Ken and Clay! read more

I just now learned that the owners of the shop have been under undue stress, which explains their reluctance to open for us yesterday. I wish them well, and I look forward to returning to this very special place when we are in the area again. read more

When we arrived there instead of welcoming us we were given the rules. Told that if we were looking for furniture they don't have it and we could leave now. Went in to look around and inquired where they get their stuff. The owner said "first of all this isn't stuff" . At that time I decided to leave. The owner continued to yell and demanded that the three others leave. They continued to yell and scream at us as we walked to the car. Obviously we won't be returning. Go at your peril. read more
