I go every two weeks but I could probably wait a week longer if I wanted since the glue they use keeps the extensions in place. They are always accommodating on my crazy schedules and I've never had an impolite interaction with any worker there. The studio/salon is nice and the music played is relaxing. It's a great value for what you get compared to so many other salons in the area.

Accidents can happen and had the technician acknowledged the injury and offered a simple apology, I wouldn't have thought twice about it. Instead, I had to return to the salon myself to show them the burn. While they were kind and gave me some aloe vera, the fact that I had to go back for that basic aftercare is exactly the issue. Customer service doesn't end when the service is over, especially when an injury is involved. I hope they take this as an opportunity to improve communication and accountability moving forward.

Britney and I talked and looked at pictures before she began. When I looked after she was done, my few eye brows were sticking out. The picture we agreed upon is not how the final product looks. Britney tried to blame it on the aftercare that I did. Then Covid hit and she was not able to do the follow up visit. Even then, my eyebrows looked hideous! When she was able to open again, I went back and told her I wanted the strokes that showed in the picture we looked at. Here's the RED FLAG- "We can only do so many strokes". In other words she did not know what she was doing as far as micro-blading someone with no eyebrows. Maybe her expertise is filling in people that have eyebrows. She said she would do them again, Buy that time if they had not been done right what was one more time. In the end I asked for 140.00 back the last amount I debited. Britney verbally agreed. I was told by "Her Godmother" Britney was on vacation. Then I was told Britney would call the bank to see why it was rejected, because she did not dispute it. I called the bank and they said "It was disputed". "Services as discussed". Then I was told it was in the mail. Another BS excuse and Britney does not practice integrity. It will now cost 350.00-400.00 dollars. Overall, 700.00-800.00 dollars. :( :( Attached are pictures. Take what you can and leave the rest. It's your money.
