Her name is Bella Ruse I enrolled her in the daycare and train. The difference in her behavior afterwards was amazing. I honestly don't think I would have been able to keep her if the training hadn't worked. Bella Ruse still attends doggy daycare most of the days when I'm at work. She LOVES Lone Star. Once we pull on to the street where the facility is located, she start wagging her tail and practically pulls me out of the car to go inside. She comes home happy and tired after playing all day with her friends, while watched over by the caring staff. Whether you're looking for boarding, training, daycare or grooming, I couldn't give this place a higher recommendation.

The regular groomer takes breaks until finished and charges accordingly. Our dog received the worst cut at this establishment. Clearly, they do not have the patience for animals even though they advertise training options. I was told that she was "tightly" matted, yet we brush her daily. That she was spinning and moving and this was the best they could do. Do NOT take your pet here if this is the "best" that they can do. Note: including a prior post grooming photo for comparison.

My new favorite dog groomer in the Sugarland area!…read more I love the way they groomed my old shih tzu, they did a wonderful job and she looks so cute! I provided a reference photo, and while it wasn't exact, it was still very well done. Other pros: - reasonably priced. I paid almost $65 for my small dog. - very clean and not super loud. Some places, like the previous owners of this location, did not maintain the premises. It would be noisy and smelly, and the AC would be left off. I love what the new owners did with this place! My shih tzu often gets very nervous about going to the groomers but here, she was not shaking at all.

Disappointing experience for my poppy Shih Tzu. I chose this…read moregrooming salon based on positive reviews and drove 30 minutes to get there -- unfortunately, it turned out to be a very upsetting visit. I specifically asked to keep the long hair on my dog's back, which we had been growing out for 6 months. But instead, they shaved it completely. Even worse, they left mats behind the ears, under the chin, and on the belly. When I kindly asked them to remove the mats, the receptionist responded loudly that it would "change the dog's haircut." Seriously? I believe removing mats should be standard grooming procedure -- and if there's an issue, the professional thing to do would be to call the owner or explain. Instead, they just left them and said it would "ruin the style." Meanwhile, the haircut was already nothing like what I requested. Now I have to take my pup to another groomer to fix what they ignored -- and even they were surprised mats were left behind. Sorry, but this is not how responsible pet care should be handled. I'm really disappointed.

When you bring your pet for evaluation for them to be able to day play. Always know your pet and do…read morenot doubt your own knowledge about your pet. I brought my newly adopted shelter dog for evaluation as she is a bigger dog and I want to let out her energy and socialize with other dogs as I work. They were at first very accommodating and welcome you. But again when you are " sold" they change, as sales pitch is over. At the first evaluation, they say she was shy, tail down etc. so she needs more time so me I thought to myself, that's normal for a first time so since the first is free the next I willingly paid for the next evaluation. The next came and next , total of I think 5 times I paid and same results. Those 4 times I already started to doubt my dog so the 5th time, I asked my partner to come with me to see if my feelings are valid. And yes, my partner said something was very off and he definitely said that my dog is not what they are telling us. FYI, my dog in our home and even on walks, is the most friendly, approachable and respectful of other dogs even in dog parks. And I want to point out too that when everything sank in to me, I definitely have noticed that when I picked up my dog, she doesn't look ok, she looks very bored, tired and somehow different. She's so glad to see us when we pick her up. The first time I brought her, she is not like that, but onwards she definitely is telling me something is off. When she's home, and even to friends and family, she is so playful and friendly even to their new dogs but Petsuites's Missouri city evaluation says otherwise. In the end , I stopped and once I didn't book (pay) for the next session for evaluation, they tagged my dog failed immediately as I checked when I got home. I brought my dog to a real dog specialist and they said nothing is wrong with my dog. Moral lesson to this story: DoNOT doubt yourself as a pet parent or as a person and always double check early on with another specialist if something feels off. It is always possible that it's NOT your dog that is wrong. It CAN possibly be the people who is in charge and it's possible that they just don't like you and not your dog. Because up until now, I cannot find any reason why my dog failed this dog facility when my dog passed a vet behavioral specialist and other dog daycare facilities.

When I asked the staffs on his status and how he did for the day, I can tell by their responses that they don't know anything about how my dog did throughout the day. Everything they said were so generic can be applied to any dog at any condition. Just that, I know for sure there is no personal care here for pets. What a disappointment. I tried the sugar land facility too, and it was the same. I will not recommend Petsuites for any pet parents.
