Beautiful location. Teachers who run this place are fantastic. The only flaw is that all of their…read moreediting suites have huge windows in their doors which don't really allow for any privacy for the person working on their project. Here is my story that's forever colored my experience at this location: I had the misfortune of having some crazy user barge in on my editing room and accuse me of messing with her project. She was highly unstable, and she insisted on lecturing me about invading her privacy, (which is insane, given the fact that I was working on a project that merely "looked" like her project). The poor person running the checkout desk tried his best to diffuse the situation, but this lady, who clearly showed signs of either grand Mal narcissism or possible paranoid schizophrenia, pulled up a chair and proceeded to just waste everyone's time. But that's just one experience. Beware of the crazies. Other than that, they seem to carry mostly early 2012 Apple imacs with the respective software. Residential members get discounts on a slew of awesome classes. For $50 bucks and practically unlimited access to good equipment, it's a worthwhile deal. Do it!!!!

They appear to be providing information to Global Lurkers rather than to the Twin Cities MN Region they serve. They could at least put the current temperature for the Minneapols St Paul International Airport on the bottom of the screen with the Time\Date\Sunrise\Sunset Information. There appears to be space there for this. What is with the bright blue screen? It is common knowlege that blue light is bad for your eyes and can lead to emotional agitation in some people. This new format creeps me out. The BBC news headlines that are selected for broadcast indicates that they are targeting a very small local audience, rather than the larger MSP region. There doesn't appear to be any connection between TPT Now and the regional weather alerts that come out of Chaska MN. I no longer rely on TPT Now for information during hazardous weather This is why I don't give them any more monetary donations.
