Troy did a great job of coating our garage floor. He was on time and was very professional. We were very happy with the price he quoted us.

Utah location, we highly recommend that you have Floor Coverings international update your home!…read more The transformations are incredible, beautiful and gorgeous flooring and new carpets! Excellent service, great communication throughout and they completed it before the date they said it will be completed! Expertise in flooring , Kerry worked on ours he has 35 years experience with natural wood flooring! The presentation is a mobile showroom- Adrien will bring the samples to your home and present the options as you can see the samples while in your home, this is tremendously helpful! We had three bids and this was the best along with in person assistance!

Very poor workmanship, dishonest, and their promise of "satisfaction guaranteed" means nothing…read more I had a doorway transition where the LVT and transition was not cut parallel to the planks nor the doorway. The carpet installer left us a 2 in overlap, because as he said "it would look stupid if I just fastened it in the current transition". Prior to hiring Floor Coverings International (FCI) to fix this, I was very specific is explaining that the project needed both LVT and carpet expertise to fix the problem. FCI assured me that the technician would be skilled in both LVT and carpet. Further, I asked if my satisfaction with the work would be guaranteed, and FCI promised that it would be. FCI required $250 minimum for any work done. Since the repair involved both LVT and carpet, I figured the cost would be between $300 and $500, so $250 minimum was acceptable. Their installer showed up on time, told us that it couldn't be straightened without LVT work, and he couldn't do that. So he cut the carpet, and placed it under the transition...took less than 10 minutes. Now we were left in a more difficult position than before, as we no longer had the extra 2 in of carpet to work with that the carpet installer had left us. I told FCI that I was not happy with the work. FCI phone call included the installer, and he told me that the problem was the door framing, and that if we were to straighten out the transition, it would look funny since it didn't line up with the door. He said the current transition was parallel to the door. I went to the house, and the installer if full of nonsense. The transition is 1/4 in off of parallel with the doorway, and exaggerates the funny angle. It could have been easily hidden under the door, contrary to the claim of the installer. I sent a picture to FCI, and their comment was "we will fix that for an additional $425, in addition to the $250 we already agreed to". While he did agree to reducing that by $125, he would not be able to do the repair within the week. I pointed out that the work was not done correctly, and that $250 for less than 10 minutes of work seems extravagant. FCI's comment: "$250 is simply our minimum". Bottom line: work was not done properly, installed lied about the problem so that he didn't have to do the work, and the satisfaction guarantee meant nothing. I will never hire this company again.

I have been using Underfoot Flooring since to fix the wrongs. Deborah in scheduling is always on her game and helpful even when clearly busy. I had a disposal leak the day before I was scheduled to be away. I trust Underfoot so much, I had zero trepidation and only gratitude when Deborah was able to get Nate, a fantastic wood professional to come by and access the damage. Nate went above and beyond to make sure my house was safe while I was away. He even went and bought replacement batteries for one of his tools to measure moisture and returned to my house to look at floor content. He then went into the crawl space to check for water. Nate is another five star employee. Who really showed genuine concern and the ultimate professional. Matt is just as dedicated. He is working with me to replace and refinish. His knowledge and experience is vast. I appreciate how flexible and committed he is to providing the best product and working with my concerns. Matt is also a total professional and each time I work with him he shines brighter. I feel grateful to have found and be able to work with Underfoot Floors! Everything they do is top notch. Just wish I had found them sooner. Thank you Deborah, Matt, and Nate for your quality service and exceptional customer service. PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW: (I gave you a 1 star rating…read morebecause 0 wasn't available.) I was introduced to Brenden ( owner) approximately 6 months ago. He appeared to be a teal stand-up guy. After my kitchen and hall collapsed due to heavy snow, I needed to put together a quick remodel. Brenden came out to my house with samples, and took measurements as requested, I spend three days educating myself on flooring. He also asked me to go to specific warehouses and pick out the flooring from the samples they provided. I did this. While there I asked the salesman two questions. #1. How much is this flooring? #2. Is it possible to pay for the flooring today, so the installer can get started on Wednesday? By 5:30 that same day, Brenden was calling me and speaking in an unfamiliar, screaming voice. He appeared to be infuriated that I had been given the price. I was totally confused. Apparently , he has you pick the flooring out, then up- sells the product by over a dollar a foot. Brenden then called his sales manager, and the two of them overreacted together. He refused to listen, or understand what I had done, which was exactly as requested. Except he didn't want me to know the pricing because of the mark-up. To the tune of about $850 in my case. After about an hour on the phone, he calm down slightly, and allowed me to tell him exactly what I had done. He then said," what can I do to get you to remove your one star rating?" It's simple I said," just complete the job as promised." After much going back-and-forth, he determined that this decision would be the best reslove. His decision, not mine. This phone call came in on a Thursday night around 5:30 PM. I tried for approximately three days to try and get payments to him for the flooring, but he wasn't returning my text messages. Eventually, he texted me back, but started making excuses. I felt that I knew what was coming, even though he set the terms and the date. Apparently he was still unhappy about missing out on that extra marked up flooring money. In spite of all my numerous texts and call attempts, he finally texted me back on Tuesday morning at 8 AM. He canceled!! Brandon was aware that I have a rather serious medical condition and time is not on my side. He's left me hanging, starting over with a new company, whenever they may be able to "work with me " is unknown at this time. I fully understand that everyone needs to make a living, to which I'm happy to pay for. I wasn't excepting hidden markups, making promises, you never intend to keep, and lying. It seemed out of character for a guy who presented himself in such a positive manner. No Brandon, I'm not changing my rating back to a five star as requested, based on how you handled this situation. In spite of your pleading and begging! Shame on you, and Rocky Mountain flooring. You got caught, then you got angry. Not a great combination in a world where people are sometimes gullible. I thought you were a real standup guy. Sadly, you're not! Totally disappointed that you left me in this situation, knowing that I was facing a serious health issue. You, and only you set your own terms and deadlines. Apparently, you're all talk!! My intentions here are only to provide facts on this review, no emotions. BUYER BEWARE ...
