He listened to what we were looking for and took some measurements, climbed around in the attic and told us he'd be in touch with us soon. A few days later he emailed a proposal of equipment and costs, sticker shock!!! We let him know we hadn't planned on spending so much on this system so he went back to the drawing board and got it more in the ballpark. The crew arrived on time and went to work. We had a strict timeline due to guests coming over that night and they met it! Everything turned out great. The guests enjoyed it too! The sound is awesome...I didn't know what I was missing until now. The guys finished up in the nick of time, literally we finished mopping as the first guest walked up. The crew was very professional, friendly and handled any obstacle with ease. We have been thoroughly satisfied with the whole process from the prompt reply to our initial request for a quote all the way to the guys working hard to meet our time limit. Totally happy!

Dibervile…read more is the best store in the area, Gulfport branch as a runner-up, with the best customer Service. Mobile, AL on University is the worst. Dibervile Best Buy helped me decide on a phone case and they put it on my phone for me with cheerfulness. My Laptop computer was a dud and after repairing a few times they replaced it. Navigating all this could have been a nightmare but they helped me through every step. I bought a blue tooth speakers and it was not high quality, I returned it a couple weeks later, and they refunded my money, no questions asked. I upgraded to a Bose. :) I needed a TV as a gift and they helped me make sure I got the features I needed at the best price. Need to price mach or check to see if their price is better elsewhere? They taught me about Red Laser App but also will check several sites to assure I'm getting the best price as their policy. Love It! I'm a regular customer and have had only positive experiences.

I told the geek squad agent there was no damage which by the way they finally admitted to causing it. he did not care so i ok the cost. I had to go to best buy on 8/04/26 to find out they could not repair the Mac due to age???? the manager said he would see what it was worth damaged and he would give me store credit if i purchased a computer there!!!.APPLE has no record of any request for parts or repair?? After sending all this to Cooperate HQ. i was offered a $100 gift card.. it cost me over a $100 for apple care, i had to drive 160 miles round trip twice to get my unit fixed.. In all this Best Buy never took any responsibility for any thing. also i am under V.A mental health care and i have to take medication just to go any where. i had to make the trips to Metairie La twice as i have no one to take me. i should never have been put thru this

I think the issue was the cost versus value, and parts were going to be rare to find. I am bringing a PL-S40 TT and my Sherwood 1975 tuner/reciever in for refurbs.
