I went to this clinic because I was in extreme pain and it was late in the evening. I was able to get financing for my procedure. My wisdom tooth was saved and a screw was placed next to the side of a pre-existing gap or empty space of tooth. The plan of treatment was to eventually receive an abutment and a crown for that tooth. I waited about a month and a half to two months for my next procedure to be performed. I was given a list of the costs totalling $6632.00. Once I arrived at the dental office, I was shocked to find that my dental procedure was gonna cost me another $3500 plus. I was not aware or was not entirely explained in full detail of the final cost of treatment. Beware of Healthcare places of business like this. I will be going elsewhere to finish my dental work.

Long story short, my tooth is hurting and it's the weekend, so I got X-rays with them then they quoted $3,000 for the root canal... did not go with them for that because it's over priced. My tooth isn't infected (the dentist words) and he said "so Antibiotics won't help for the pain...". When I asked for pain meds, all he subscribed was Ibuprofen with .. (can you guess it)... ANTIBIOTICS! Make it make sense! When I called back, he refuses to even talk to over the phone, making me only talk with the front desk guy because he knows that's stupid lol. All in all, avoid this place. Maybe get X-rays if you need them but even then, I had to request more X-rays because they didn't even get the whole tooth!

The 1st bridge that was placed on my bottom teeth had holes in the front that can be visibly seen & the whole time I was gaslit from the entire staff saying they don't see the holes or discoloration when you can clearly see it in a picture. Long story short they couldn't find the paint to match the bridge to cover the holes so after going back & fourth with the manager Lily they agreed to fix my bridge with a replacement The replacement is only glued on not screwed when the original was screwed Bc the new bridge is glued it does not fit properly on my gum line causing food to get stuck underneath EVERY TIME I eat bc there is a gap The bridge was ordered ONLINE which is baffling I've never experienced such horrible services from a dentist/oral surgeon in my life before coming here Dr Diaz used to have good services he's pulled a few teeth for me in the past & I really trusted them for my new smile makeover but instead I'm going through depression stress & financial loss My teeth aren't done properly I didn't even get to pick the color they picked the color & it's horrible 1 star for NOTHING

However after my check up I was experiencing fever and tension headaches. (A form that the receptionist gave me for aftercare said that these side effects were to be expected). I called the office again because I wanted to see if I could change medications or something. Once in the chair Dr. Porras annoyingly walks in and says "what's up? I saw you two days ago and you were fine" then she proceeded to blame my pain on me and told me I needed to go see a different doctor. What kind of bedside manner is that? Altogether I am overly displeased with my experience here and admonish anyone looking for wisdom teeth extraction to look elsewhere.

So my wisdom teeth had been bothering me for months and I needed a dentist to remove them asap…read more Almost every other dentist either didn't have any openings for at least a month or didn't accept my insurance. I didn't have any patience left because my teeth were just aching, so I called my usual dentist and asked for them to refer me to a dentist that cared. Reluctantly, they referred me to Dr. Diaz of Sherwin Kershman D.D.S. and Associate. I set up an appointment and he saw me in less than a week. Much better than waiting over a month just for a checkup. Service was really friendly and quite speedy. There's no B.S., they tell you what's up. They took an X-ray, checked my blood pressure, etc. and gave me pamphlets and let me watch a video about wisdom teeth extractions and why they're often necessary, and then the Doc came in to see me. They educate you and let you know what they recommend so you won't feel like they're going to nickel and dime you for unnecessary precedures. Right off the bat, he's really friendly, explains everything he's going to do in detail, and is up for any questions you may have. I set the appointment for the extraction about a week from that day. I got there, wham, put me to sleep, bam, 45 minutes later I'm awake and my wisdom teeth are gone. It's that easy. This dentist knows what he's doing. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I was so scared/worried/anxious as she's never been put to sleep but the male nurse was so kind, patient, understanding, he made me feel so comfortable answering all my questions & explained everything to me & my daughter too. He included my daughter in the conversation really listening to & answering her concerns. He patiently reassured her he'd be by her side throughout it all, & he was! He told her everything that would be done before they did anything, which helped calm her. I felt my daughter was very safe in their hands. While I was waiting the nurse came out several times to give me a status update. She had 2 crowns, fillings & 1 tooth pulled it took 30 minutes & the nurse let me know how she was doing every step of the way. The dentist & anesthesiologist came out & met with me before the procedure. They let me know what work needed to be done, showed me the X-rays all before the procedure. I was included in & really appreciated that. I highly recommend this location to anyone who has a child that needs anesthesia for dental work! If you're terrified like I was, this is the place to go, they truly care about children, they're safety is number one. They take several steps to ensure your child can proceed with the anesthesia. The nurse & the anesthesiologist both took my daughters vitals, asked me many health questions. I cannot stress enough how much they value children's safety here! If your child ate during the timeframe they're not supposed to, or they're sick, they won't proceed with the appointment & will reschedule. For me, this was super reassuring & proof that kid's safety comes first & is what they value most of all. If any of my other kids ever need dental surgery with anesthesia, I will be going back here!
