So we called and left a voicemail stating that and asked for a call back so we could schedule an appointment. Then we waited and waited. Never did receive a return call from the message we left so to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they didn't get our message for some unknown reason, we called and left another voicemail. Still received no response which is interesting since all of the reviews mentioned how quickly the company responded when they needed work done. Sad because we have plenty of work they could have been paid to do! I guess B's Electric has so much business that they don't care about customer service. So, we moved on and hired another electrician that actually answered the phone when we called and even scheduled the appointment right then and there.
