Calvin was extremely…read morepleasant and super helpful, gave me some great tips for my MacBook, and generally seemed like a nice dude who knew what he was doing. There seemed to be an issue going on across the table from me with 2 women who were waiting for an appointment. There seemed to be a mixup and they were waiting for 20-25 minutes. I overheard them say that they were going to leave a particularly nasty review for the employee who attempted to help them. I would disregard this review, the apple staff were nothing but kind and helpful. I believe that they just did not hear the employee calling their name as they were quite into their own conversation. The pair across from me either seemed like they were having a bad day, were feeling rather vindictive, or just were just mean people. But anyways, thanks a bunch for the help today Calvin, you rock dude.

So I don't use apple, never have. But I decided to give the iPad and pencil combo a try for my…read moreuniversity experience (architecture). When I got it I found it a bit odd how the pencil didn't work with many of the brushes in procreate (friends mentioned it was the best app). thought it was weird but maybe the pencil just had less functionality than i thought. So I spent the last 3 years using monoline and writing with it. Meanwhile I just tried someone else's pencil and theirs let me use any brush and the line thicknesses changed. Now, a bit frustrated on how my pencil clearly just didn't work from the get go, I've called twice, the first time they said they will work on it. And, now they said they closed the case right away right after the first call. I'm so pissed since they said it was out of warranty, but from my perspective idk how it could have been in warranty since it never functioned properly (and should just be its own case). they wouldn't let me plead a case as all they ever said was its out of warranty. Now I'm left with a pencil that is basically half as good as it was meant to be.
