The sales rep convinced me to purchase the extend warranty fo an extra $25 which I did. The warranty covers 3 replacements for the headphones. I went in this June to have the headphones replaced as they weren't working. The manager who was very rude said that pair I originally bought were discontinued and I could have a more expensive pair but that I would lose all my warranty. That pair was regularly $140 but were on special that week for $80. If was just buying that pair I would of paid $80 but they said they would not give those as a replacement. I could take a cheaper headset to maintain my warranty. I decided to take the cheaper set as I didn't want to lose the rest of the warranty. They said that they didn't have that set and that I would need to drive to the store at the Cottonwood Mall. The manger there was also extremely rude and unprofessional. When I got home I noticed that the headset was Bluetooth only as my original set was both Bluetooth and plug in direct type this one was not and was worth $50. I had to go back to the store and take the other set and lose all my warranty. I will never buy from this company again. The Managers of both these store were totally unprofessional.

I dropped my phone off - and they called my wife to say they couldnt fix my phone because the vibrate on my phone is broken, which makes it a replacement phone. They said it could take around 3 days or so - to send my phone out for a new one, which I couldn't do because I run a business and my phone is used for work. So I decided to schedule an appointment and take the day going to the Coquitlam apple store to get a replacement phone (same day). After being there for 5 minutes, and I explained what london drugs said - they looked at my phone and turned the vibrate setting from OFF to ON. There was nothing broken. So now, its not a replacement phone and its back to being a screen repair. And unless I wanted to stay in the mall for another 4 hours in Coquitlam, I needed to reschedule. So back to london drugs I went, where they let my phone sit for 2 days.. (i just picked it up / because i was sick of being sidelined, regardless of the inconvenience I was caused.). My screen is still broken. When they spoke with my wife, and she told them i needed the phone for work - their response was "yeah, everyone says that." Will drive to mission to have it fixed. The owner's response was positive and asked me to bring the motorhome by so they could take a look at it. I did so and they said the owner would be contacting me. I sent an email to the owner letting him know I had come by and was now waiting to hear from him. After waiting a number of days I went into the business to find out what they were going to recommend. The owner wasn't there and the staff member took my name and phone number. It has been over a week since my last contact and I have still not heard from him. Very poor service. Not sure how they can stay in business with this attitude.

In addition to tvs, receivers and speakers I did a Control4 system. Great system and good support from Jim. It's a small staff so scheduling challenges can occasionally happen when they are busy with installations but they get the job done. I know they stopped doing car audio and that should have helped with the scheduling challenges. For what's is worth I my experience has been positive and I continue to buy from Musicworx. Most recent purchase was a new Denom Reciever.

I was taking care of my grandma,who died from the virus. Owner says she sold it,and sold the huge diamond crosss that I didn't t even pawn,it's not part of the contract.
