Nevertheless, the team kept their cool and a Verizon representative at this location. Help me set up an alternate number that would allow me to make calls. Although I didn't have data, my goal was to get to Yellowstone and the staff helped me look at the map and locate the drive best for me. They went over and above they were warm and friendly and professional Verizon give these guys a raise.

She was worried because the employee fixing the glass was flirting with male friends in the mall as she worked on my daughter's phone and was not paying attention. Cellairis's negligence (employee working on a phone while not paying attention to what she is doing because she was flirting with men in the mall) should void any indemnity clause. Did you know that whenever you take a phone to Cellairis, they can break it and destroy it and then claim they are not liable? The employee apologized for breaking my daughter's phone and promised that Cellairis would buy her a new one. But then the manager, Leah, reneged on the other Cellairis employee's promise; when I spoke with her, she promised instead to have the phone fixed and returned to my daughter as good as new in 2-3 weeks. She did not tell the truth. The phone arrived 8 weeks later and was still unusable. My daughter paid $215 to Cellairis to have the glass fixed but was never able to use the phone again. She was without a phone for 8 weeks while she waited, and then Cellairis sent her the phone with a broken motherboard, so it is useless. When we took the phone to Verizon, the Verizon employee pointed out that once Cellairis broke the motherboard of the phone, they would have known that the phone could not be restored to its previous level of performance. My daughter is out $215 to Cellairis because of employee negligence and had to spend hundreds of dollars to get a new one. Cellairis employees did not tell the truth to me or my daughter regarding this situation and should compensate my daughter financially since the problem arose from their negligence and disregard for my daughter's phone. I want to mention that I am merely stating the facts and no attempt has been made to slander anyone. What bothers me most is the apathy of the Cellairis employees, who did not care about the customer or try to make things right.

Service got ever worse I called and opted for the higher speed (was told it would be 10 mg but rarely get that and my tv says I my connection is POOR and my computer drops off all the time. They got a grant from the government to help out and install fiberoptics. I now pay 80.00 and still do not get good service They say it is my router. My router was replaced and I still have a poor connection NO help (lower fees) for elderly or low income. We are going with someone else. I'm done playing this game. Grizzly Broadband received funding from the ConnectMT grant program, which is funded by $266 million from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). For their fiber-optic internet projects, ConnectMT fully funded four of the five projects, with the fifth project receiving 25% of its funding from the grant.

I tried them all so you don't have to. Take my "been there done that" advice and get Cybernet 1…read moretoday. 3 years ago, I moved to Frenchtown. So the Spectrum cable I used to have was not an option here for fast internet (there is no cable TV or internet service in Frenchtown at the time of this writing) First, don't even consider satellite (HughesNet, etc). They are fast downloading - but have a horrible delay when first loading a page and their limit before they throttle you is ridiculous (you'll hit is in a couple days first of every month and the speed drops to dial-up speed). The most expensive option available is also the worse in this case. BEWARE So then I tried CenturyLink DSL but lets face it: DSL is not very fast even when it's running full speed and CenturyLink's equipment out here is so overloaded it's only slightly better than dial-up. And during peak hours it's even slower than dial-up. That left me using 4G cellular through various companies (Verizon, ATT, Cricket, etc) - which was faster than DSL -- but *ALL* cellular companies lie when they brag about their "unlimited internet". NONE of them actually have "unlimited internet" - what they mean is that it's "unlimited".....until you hit the "limit" and then they throttle your speed down to dial up speeds (less than 1MB). So I'd typically only get 10 days a month of decent speed before being throttled to death. As you've already guessed from the 5 star rating - Cybernet 1 saved the day!!! They are fast. Really fast! I average around 40MB down. Which is not quite as fast as the Spectrum cable I used to have when I lived in Missoula - but it is literally orders of magnitude faster than *ANY* other option available in Frenchtown. As a bonus - I'm seeing 30MB UPLOAD speeds. Something even Spectrum cable wouldn't deliver (they focus on very fast downloads but throttle your upload speeds all the time) Cybernet 1 doesn't even know the meaning of the word "throttle". Whatever is available - they give you. Up. Down. Sideways. Whatever. And none of that "until you hit your pitifully low monthly usage and then we choke you off" bullshit here. Lightening fast from first day of the month through last. No matter how many movies you watch. My only complaint is the price - it's not the cheapest. But considering they are the *ONLY* internet provider to actually "walk the talk" and deliver exactly what they advertise - I guess I can cut them some slack. I still miss my Spectrum Cable connection but as that's not an option for us rural Montanans - the *ONLY* other choice is Cybernet 1. Trust me. I've tried them all.
