I hesitated, a lot, (primarily because it's such an expensive and critical endeavor and I wanted to be SUPER sure of every aspect) but he patiently worked with my concerns and gave me all the detail I needed. Fast, competent and communicative. His two workers were also very pleasant to be around. I handled the removal of the old furnace and oil tank directly through the Dump Guys so I was left with a clean, orderly basement with gleaming copper pipes and a functioning furnace.

I don't blame them. It would have been helpful if they would have said they weren't interested instead of just ghosting us.
