His staff provided exceptional service and were very friendly as well! I would highly recommend Parlay Mortgage, we were very satisfied with their services! We pushed for a quick close due to a number of reasons, and Parlay certainly delivered!! They were able to get us to closing in less than 30 days, over the holiday season!! I don't want to set expectation that they can do this for all of their customers because I know that closing in less than 30 days is practically unheard of - there was a perfect storm that allowed this to happen, but a HUGE contributing factor was that Parlay went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we met our closing date. Excellent service and a trustworthy firm!

I was disappointed that they sold my mortgage, which I know is a common practice, but I had looked forward to supporting them throughout the life of the loan. Also, some of the fees were a little frivolous to me... I'll have paid nearly $250,000 by the time I finish paying, but they bothered charging $50 for a credit check and $40 for employment verification? Otherwise, great at what they do. I would recommend them for mortgage if you want a company who knows what they're doing!

Linda Derrico Berkshire Hathaway…read moreStark Real Estate Broker Extremely Satisfied Seller & Buyer with Linda Derrico Putting our house on the market and then buying another house is a process we have done now 8 times in 40 years across multiple states. Some we sold ourselves, but most we used a realtor. So we have seen a lot of good and bad with the process. My wife and I give Linda Derrico the highest rating for her absolute expertise in selling our house and then buying another house in 2019. Linda excelled at both ends of these transactions. First, Linda was always totally responsive to our needs and requests. She got back to us immediately when we reached out to her, prepared offer sheets quickly, expeditiously set-up visits and counseled us every step of the way. Second, Linda is an excellent listener and has a knack for understanding her clients to gain more insight into their thoughts and requirements when selling and buying homes. She helped us tremendously with our sale and exceeded our expectations with the purchase of our new home. Third, Linda's vast experience with selling homes was evident with the cosmetic suggestions she made - which we followed. Fourth, Linda's marketing was outstanding with mailings and digital ads. The brochure she had developed for the house was nothing short of spectacular. The Result: it took us about three weeks to get the house ready, which paid off as we had a contract in TWO DAYS at our higher end asking price. Linda was equally proficient at helping us find our dream home. This was a bit more challenging in that we had very specific requirements - which Linda masterfully teased out of us with her probing and clarifying questions. There was one particular neighborhood we really wanted, but were open to several other areas. Linda scoured these areas and selected 40 homes to tour. We actually put down several offers, but backed off for various legitimate reasons - then several homes came on the market in the neighborhood we coveted. One of which we now live in. Linda helped us through the negotiation process and we were able to get the house for less than we thought we could. Linda also has great referrals for building inspectors, lenders and attorneys. They are all best in class, very responsive and reasonably priced. I'm sure this is not our last house and we will definitely use Linda again. I highly recommend Linda for a truly satisfying outcome and a veteran who can navigate the tricky waters along the way. Did I mention she was fun to be with too? Well, she is!

So we were lucky enough to have Michelle as our mortgage consultant and I'll tell you right now…read morethat we could not have been more satisfied. My wife and I are older now and really dont know anything about this stuff, so we had to take a shot and put our trust in someone. After talking to several companies I decided that Michelle sounded the most trustworthy and thank god I was right. Was something about the way she carried herself over the phone. Too keep this short. I'll say she held our hands throughout the entire process and made sure we would understand everything. She got us exactly the rate we were hoping for which saved us almost $200.00a month. On what was a $750.00 a month mortgage I'd say that's pretty amazing. So, In closing , all I can say is that you will absolutely not find a better and more honest person to go through. Smart Mortgage should damn well be proud to have an agent like her working for them. And to us , that makes Smart Mortgage the only way to go , especially if your older like us and need someone you can trust. Thank You Michelle, Your the Best Bruce and Barb Baxter
