The cart was advertised on their website with photos showing no visible damage, but upon delivery, I found significant scratches and deep damage on the driver's side that were not disclosed. This felt like a bait-and-switch. I immediately contacted the sales rep that I was dealing with, who claimed the scratches were shown in a website. The photo that she was referring to was conveniently added after my purchase, which I verified by checking the listing many, many times beforehand. None of the pictures of the golf cart that I purchased showed ANY damage. Their offer of touch-up paint for such extensive damage was inadequate, and they completely ignored my follow-up emails requesting a replacement cart. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable for a high-value purchase. I'm extremely frustrated by their misleading advertising and failure to address my concerns. I've escalated this to the Minnesota Attorney General and BBB, as I believe their practices may violate consumer protection laws.
