The boat was pretty much a no frills 20' pontoon that worked very well and to be honest, had seen its fair share of time on the water. It operated flawlessly and handled very well. Because it wasn't in pristine condition I wasn't overly concerned about every little thing my kids did. Had it been a brand new boat I would have been nervous about anything that they did. We had a small issue with our swimming ladder for getting back onto the boat. We swung by the marina and they hooked us up with a ladder that worked much better. My family had a fantastic time on the boat, their staff was super helpful and friendly, and if we're back in the area again we would ABSOLUTELY rent from them again.

Reached out to Nick, our sales representative, and he said he would speak to his service guys. It's been over a month and they have still not given me any support. I guess I'm SOL and have to pay a thousand or two to have it fixed. If you buy a lift from these guys be careful, as there seems to be no support once you hand over the money.

No repairs or safety check was ever done. I know this because the winch cable broke loose the first time I lifted my pontoon. Do not by a lift here until you see it for yourself.
