Nothing gets done in a timely manner and not all the work my vehicles have been brought in for gets done. Once issue, the car had to go back in three times to get fixed, the other it took four weeks. Then when you call or stop in to inquire and the one service advisor isn't in, the other act like they have no clue what's going on with your vehicle and no system to check and answer your questions. Every other dealership I've ever gone to, the service advisors act as a team despite who you bring it to. They have always kept me in the loop on timelines on my work getting done at other places.

He towed the car to the shop so my husband could assess the damage. Figuring we just needed a battery and some duct tape, he towed us to Fleet Farm, dropped the car and took us to McDonald's to hang out until Fleet opened. His pleasant personality helped me get thru this stressful situation! Nice to meet nice people, especially at 5:30 in the morning!
