Nothing gets done in a timely manner and not all the work my vehicles have been brought in for gets done. Once issue, the car had to go back in three times to get fixed, the other it took four weeks. Then when you call or stop in to inquire and the one service advisor isn't in, the other act like they have no clue what's going on with your vehicle and no system to check and answer your questions. Every other dealership I've ever gone to, the service advisors act as a team despite who you bring it to. They have always kept me in the loop on timelines on my work getting done at other places.

I brought in my vehicle to get my mufflers re-welded on. The guys I talked too says they would weld…read morethe pipes, then install new rubber hangers. What they actually did was weld my pipes together, with the exception of a massive exhaust leak. The car sounds as if only one muffler is on it! Next, rather than replacing the rubber hangers, they just welded my mufflers to the frame! The outcome was not at all what they told me. The job they did here had no effort. They still made me pay $220 for the terrible work! I'd recommend going to Jeff's Muffler for any work on your exhaust. Anything for that matter, the work here is so disappointing.

Luckily made it to the PLAR and it was diagnosed, part ordered and delivered by NAPA and on the road in 35 minutes. Now that's customer service!!! This all happened one hour before closing time. Adam knew we were travelling through and made this all happen. Very friendly and helpful!!
