When lunde was informed of this, and given a copy of the inspection report, their reply was the vehicle was purchased as is and its no longer their problem. I am stuck with a $20,000 bill to pay and a vehicle I can't drive. This is the kind of service you can expect from them. I have been forced to seek an attorney to handle my problem in the court system. Beyond that I can let the bank repo the car, and destroy my credit once again. Buyer beware

Lunde never detailed the vehicle as they promised, instead it came back to us filthy, filled with a strong stench of tobacco and also with a small dent and large scratch keyed along the passenger side. Car found to have problems a day after purchase and were reported. It was under warranty and Lunde still has not repaired it or returned our money. Staff avoided contact with us. This vehicle is now an ornament in our yard. We desperately needed a vehicle to transport our 12 year old son who has brain cancer to medical appointments after hitting a deer with our prior vehicle and this experience with a Lune vehicle was the result. In our opinion, Lunde Auto Sales should receive a ZERO rating. I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership to others for a vehicle or vehicle care!

The warranty they offered was so unique and strong it really cinched the deal. We paid a fair price for the car. Information and forthrightness were remarkable during the shopping experience. I had two repairs that were needed and covered by their warranty. They performed both quickly and without hesitation. What an amazing business…read more I was looking for a used golf cart for our seasonal RV located at the Clearwater Forest Resort two weeks ago in South Haven, Mn. A family friend recommended Winters Recreation located about an hour away in Sauk Centre. He bought his new golf cart there (thanks Bobby for the recommendation). I called Winters Recreation and talked to Ethan about my options and financing. Ethan was very clear and concise, and answered all my questions. I told him I would confer with the warden, I mean wife, and let him know the following day. The next day, Ethan called me back, and walked me through the order, and explained the financing options. I ended up buying a used 2022 golf cart that was fitted with a new single lithium battery (vs 6 conventional batteries!) that had an 8 year limited warranty. I extended that warranty to a limited lifetime battery replacement due to how expensive a new lithium battery replacement could be. Often running about $3000 or higher. I also asked for them to install a trailer hitch, bought a cover, and requested delivery to the Clearwater Forest Resort. Ethan said no problem. The delivery (in state) of the cart was broken down to two options. One week delivery or a two week delivery. I opted for the two week delivery from a little over $100, as that was cheaper than the one week option. Ethan then transferred me over to Jacob, who was in charge of financing. Jacob broke down the numbers for me, and took an extra $100 off the price due to their First Responder discount (thanks Jacob!). I got a good deal, and signed the paperwork online. Jacob said that someone from the delivery division would be contacting me by phone in a couple of days. Sure enough, the next day, I received a phone call saying the golf cart would be delivered to the campground by next Tuesday. Mind you, this was within a week delivery, not two! That was a nice surprise. Wow. Talk about customer service. There is a reason that Winters Recreation is the Midwest's largest custom golf cart and utility golf cart supplier. Just look at their reviews. Thank you Ethan and Jacob! I'll pass on how professional you guys are. Excellent service!
