A perfect carfax was provided by them, however the vehicle has been in a major accident. The whole front end of the vehicle is pieced together and subject to fall apart when driving down the highway. When lunde was informed of this, and given a copy of the inspection report, their reply was the vehicle was purchased as is and its no longer their problem. I am stuck with a $20,000 bill to pay and a vehicle I can't drive. This is the kind of service you can expect from them. I have been forced to seek an attorney to handle my problem in the court system. Beyond that I can let the bank repo the car, and destroy my credit once again. Buyer beware

Lunde never detailed the vehicle as they promised, instead it came back to us filthy, filled with a strong stench of tobacco and also with a small dent and large scratch keyed along the passenger side. Car found to have problems a day after purchase and were reported. It was under warranty and Lunde still has not repaired it or returned our money. Staff avoided contact with us. This vehicle is now an ornament in our yard. We desperately needed a vehicle to transport our 12 year old son who has brain cancer to medical appointments after hitting a deer with our prior vehicle and this experience with a Lune vehicle was the result. In our opinion, Lunde Auto Sales should receive a ZERO rating. I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership to others for a vehicle or vehicle care!

I did not know the owners prior to shopping for a used car there and received no prior recommendations from anyone to consider doing business with them. I bought a used vehicle there last year. The warranty they offered was so unique and strong it really cinched the deal. We paid a fair price for the car. Information and forthrightness were remarkable during the shopping experience. I had two repairs that were needed and covered by their warranty. They performed both quickly and without hesitation. I plan to return there in the future as long as the ownership and policies remain the same. You won't see balloons on cars, inflatables out front and fancy tent sales. Had it one week and found out the motor is bad and after calling Mainstream Motors they wouldn't call us back. Finally reached them and they basically said you bought as is, tough luck. From the pics, it looked pretty decent. I messaged him and asked if he would be around today. Told him we were coming from Thief River Falls and would be leaving shortly. He said til' 5pm. Asked for his number, but he didn't answer the number given. Then I asked him if there were any known mechanical problems. He said "none that I know of". Well, we show up and Nathan is nowhere to be found. Before we got out of the vehicle to look at this truck, we noticed the tires were very bald. We also checked all four-wheel wells and there is foam filler behind each fender flare. NOT "good tires" or "clean body". Very false misrepresentation. We look underneath and notice a lot of cuts in the frame and very bad welding to patch of the frame. The frame is reinforced poorly. LUCKILY, the owner of the dealership came out and we pointed everything out to her and showed her the ad Nathan created. Told her he could of prevented us from driving 5 hours for nothing. Nathan probably never looked at the truck as he didn't even know what kind of truck is what to begin with! I would NEVER do business with them!!!
