We have live in Staples for 5 years we need to find someone to work on are vehicles. We came across Scott's Southtown Service and have nothing but positive things to say. We had to have a full motor replacement and they found us a used motor with half the miles. Scott's does everything oil, car alignment, tires, all vehicle repairs. My car was towed and never received a notice, which receiving a notice letter is a state law. Also no record with the police in any form. Had to go through a bunch of hoops just to find out who towed my car and where it was. They never had an officer present when towing it either or else I would have been able to find a record which isn't legal and no signing was done by an officer. The lady who took my call was extremely condescending and fairly rude when I questioned them about the lack of notice issues and no record. Don't recommend. read more

My old pickup broke down and I had no knowledge about auto repair businesses in the area. I got towed and the problem was ultimately diagnosed and repaired. The people at this business knew my predicament and didn't take advantage of my poor luck. The receptionist and staff helped me arrange the only transportation (which turned out to be a Uhaul) available in the area. I am very appreciative for the assistance and in the workmanship of the repair. Thanks, and my pickup is running great with it's new fuel pump. The receptionist even took the time to explain the factory warranty on the fuel pump. read more

I called to request an invoice. The horrible receptionist wouldn't call back. I had to call a few times over the course of two weeks for her to deny my BBB complaint, and still has yet to complete a copy of an invoice. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND! read more

They give me a fair price on tires and repairs and its not half assed. Cant really ask for more IMO.
