I stayed in the store (it was hot outside) & the other staff talked smack about all the "tourists" while I was standing there. Everyone here is good to deal with and they are all very knowledgeable. If for some reason, the person you are talking to doesn't have an answer, they will find someone who does know the answer instead of blowing smoke. I appreciate that. On one occasion the tech forgot to tighten something and I had a minor issue, but they corrected it immediately and made things right going above and beyond what any other shop would have done, so they stand behind their work too!
