After they got to spend the day at Sea World at the time of departure...the same 3 buses were there but not the 4th bus AGAIN. The driver never answered their calls. Thank God parents had gone on the trip as well. They had to put children on the other 3 buses and some with parents. The teachers stayed behind because they did not fit. The driver finally arrived another 1 1/2 or 2 hours late again. No answers as to why he was late and no apologies (no remorse whatsoever). I am now praying our childrens teachers arrive safe and sound back home. All parents called the company and they kept hanging up on everyone. NEVER AGAIN!! I will write reviews everywhere I can and I will contact the Better Business Bureau! I had to put put 1 star to be able to post but they deserve NOTHING!!! Had to ask for the license plates just in case.

Then to top it off, they misspelled my middle name and fought me to correct when it states in the email to make sure names are spelled correctly, especially for international flights. Norma was the worst agent by far. She was not polite in any way, has absolutely no customer service, hung up on me about 10x, yelled at me, called me names, and just overall horrible agent to book your travels. I highly recommend to NEVER book with this agency. I would give them a negative 10 starts if I could for the horrible service.
