We have purchased 2 speciality windows, very expensive. We have had to replace them twice in 6 years. We are still waiting for the second one to be installed because Mark Anthony has told us that he scheduled someone to come and they just shockingly didn't show (both times). Customer service will tell you what you want to hear and then not deliver. Would NEVER buy from them again. Once they get your money they don't need you anymore, so install is not a priority. read more

The tech finally called and said he would be here Wednesday 11/12 if not Tuesday. No show Wednesday and Thursday and no communication. Called the office 11/13 and got disconnected. The guy from wontex took up 4hours of my time tild a mountain of lies. Tried to sell me some 40,900 windows and when I told him getthe blank out of myhome he called a supposedly supervisor and support 8t down to 9,000 now we all know that's a lie. So, I left a message and got no response. I phoned today and another very pleasant person, a supervisor, answered. I asked for the CFO who was not available. The supervisor reviewed my account and immediately surmised the purpose of my call. Yep, I had been ripped for $25 and I wanted to know why. Still pleasant, the sup'v explained that the company orders the VISA gift cards in the amounts of $50 and $100 (for referrals) and explained that the appointment setters should not be promising $75 because the company currently had no way to pay that amount. She defended the CFO's decision to send $50 when I was expecting $75, but promptly felt an email to the CFO would result in the remaining $50 gift card being remitted. She did explain the length of time it takes to remit the card and requested my patience and ensured me that they would get to the bottom of things. I respected her professionalism and agreed to the provided solution. I promised to come back with an update once before and am fulfilling that promise here. I promise to do the same thing again, hopefully in the very near future. Again, the customer service is awesome and I was informed that the agent with the smart mouth no longer worked for the firm. Not sure if he quit or was fired, but can imagine the latter was probably the reason. Well, it should have been if it wasn't because it was certainly warranted. read more

I don't usually leave bad reviews but in this case it needs to be said. We went through the presentation we decided to purchase all new windows as well as a door 26,000 dollar. This was back in June to 2022 it was supposed to take 6 weeks that didn't happen Sept of 2022 they finally came to install 2 windows were wrong the door I ordered was wrong. They came back in Nov of 2022 to finish and replace what's was incorrect but was still incorrect the door was still wrong and they didn't install the doorknob and key that went with it they also didn't have the correct window or calking to repair what was wrong. I have made several attempts to let them make it right. I called in January of 2023 because I'm getting billed for this service that is still incomplete, they did however pay out first payment with a promise to finish up with repairs and replacement by Feb1 of 2023 here it is the 10 th and still nothing. We have had 2 appointments to finish and no one shows up or calls. I have left yet another message for a call back next call will be to my lawyer. read more

Well, I no longer go to the mailbox everyday; however, a letter with a postmark of some illegible day in April 2020 containing a refrigerator magnet and another $50 VISA gift card was received today. You think I need to check the balances? I will probably give them to gifts instead and just hope they are what they say they are. I had to go through a lot, but in the end, I prevailed.
