I called them to set up an appointment to get an estimate, and the response was almost immediate. Tim Rash met me at my home, discussed with me what I wanted done, advised me on the best course of action and materials to use, but also listened to what I wanted. Tim & Jeremy Rash and their crew are fast, efficient, and thorough. Their work is excellent! They are all very professional, very polite, friendly, and respectful, but most of all honest and trustworthy. There were some hiccups in getting materials in (not their fault at all) but Tim kept in constant communication with me giving me updates. When they said they would be there, they were there. I was given updates on their progress and projected completion dates, and those deadlines were met every time. They went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. They finished their work on my home yesterday, and it looks amazing!! I will, without hesitation, call Rash Home Improvement anytime in the future I need anything done to my home.
