I was told they could not source the glass for my vehicle and that I should check the scrap yards…read morefor the part. I asked them if they could perform that service for me, being that they are a glass shop and I am not, they said they don't do that sort of thing. They refused to fix the rear window with plexiglass due to safety, even though I explained that I am on a road trip. At least they didn't suggest that I sell my Jeep and go buy a new one, but that's the tone I got from my conversation with them.
