I sit here 40 mins just for that cocky guy to come back out and say well that's not gonna work Ill order the right glass and it will be $100 more now. sound good? no! you just wasted my morning and your attitude screams you could give a damn less. wasted my time, try to blame me for the wrong glass, and now wants to charge me more money. Mike was super up front and honest about the location of the dings, but said that his guys are the best in the business and he'd see what he could do. He told us if he couldn't get the dings worked out (they were on the seam of two panels), he'd send us on our way for just a handshake. His price estimate seemed fair and similar to what we've paid for in the past at the German dealerships, so we thought we'd give him a shot. We nervously waited while they attempted the fix and within just a few minutes, Mike and his team had the dings all knocked out, even correcting a pretty significant dent that appeared to be a manufacturing defect. It is Saturday morning that you cannot get a hold of anybody unless you try to get a quote online there's nobody you can speak to you have to leave a message for somebody to contact you on Monday through Friday but yet you can get a quote for for a new windshield and pay another 500+ dollars to have your windshield replaced when the one that they just fixed not even a week ago is faulty because apparently whoever installed it did not know what they were doing, and I drove home in the dark and the windshield came out. My tint job had some bubbles and lifting in it, but given the lifetime warranty, I called to make an appointment to get my tint redone. It took two weeks for me to set an appointment date because the guy who answered the phone kept telling me to call back at another time when this other person that supposedly handles these situations was in. Finally settled on an appointment date and the guy informs me that they are now a mobile tinting company so he will come to me and to text him my address. The day before my appointment, I texted back to confirm if my appointment tomorrow was still on...no reply. I took off a few hours of work to be home during the tint job the morning of the appointment, and no one showed up. I messaged the company on Facebook with my complaint. My message was read by them, but I received no acknowledgement or apology. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shady company by taking your business elsewhere.
