He told us if he couldn't get the dings worked out (they were on the seam of two panels), he'd send us on our way for just a handshake. His price estimate seemed fair and similar to what we've paid for in the past at the German dealerships, so we thought we'd give him a shot. We nervously waited while they attempted the fix and within just a few minutes, Mike and his team had the dings all knocked out, even correcting a pretty significant dent that appeared to be a manufacturing defect. The day before my appointment, I texted back to confirm if my appointment tomorrow was still on...no reply.
