They answered all my questions before the appointment, kept me updated, and followed up afterward to make sure I was happy with the results. They made it clear several times that if I wasn't completely satisfied, I could bring the car back and they'd make it right. Xpel of Little Rock removed the old film and reinstalled. They were True professionals and did a phenomenal job the way that it should've been done the first time. Miles, the owner, said his work was warranted for as long as I own the house and the glass he worked on was warranted against breakage for a year. Two of the 11 windows have now cracked. He was quick to turn the first one in to his warranty company and I got paid. Now he is totally avoiding me on the second. No response to emails, phone, Facebook, nothing.
