Mike was super up front and honest about the location of the dings, but said that his guys are the best in the business and he'd see what he could do. He told us if he couldn't get the dings worked out (they were on the seam of two panels), he'd send us on our way for just a handshake. His price estimate seemed fair and similar to what we've paid for in the past at the German dealerships, so we thought we'd give him a shot. We nervously waited while they attempted the fix and within just a few minutes, Mike and his team had the dings all knocked out, even correcting a pretty significant dent that appeared to be a manufacturing defect.
