So, I have been looking around to change my windows for so many years. I have been putting it off…read moresince it does take a heavy chunk of my paycheck. One day my neighbors changed their windows and I asked her which company she used. She told me Royal Windows & Siding and she gave me all the info to contact them. Three years later, a friend of mine changed out her windows and so I asked her who she used. She also answered Royal Windows & Siding. I talked to my husband and we finally decided to change out our windows. I went online and did more research and read more reviews. I did leave my number on their website and no one called me back for about a week. So I finally decided to call them and left a message. The next day, they called me back to set up an appointment for a consultant. They worked with my schedule when making the appointment. When the consultant Wayne came out, he was very friendly. He showed me the window samples. We walked over to my neighbor's house to see one option I can get. He then walked around with us briefly measured all my windows. Finally, he gave me a quote and of course it was high. So we bargained. Finally he worked with us and we came to an agreement on price. One week later, a guy from the company called us and made an appointment to come out and actually measure the windows. Again, they worked with our schedule. Then about 3 weeks or so later, they called to make an appointment to come out and install the windows. The guys were really friendly and worked with us knowing we had to be somewhere later that day. Six months later and I am so happy that we decided to call Royal Windows & Siding. I would definitely refer them. They are very quick, friendly and knowledgable on their windows. They will work with you in every way you need them to. The good thing about this company is that, you don't have to make a payment until they install your windows and you are satisfied with their work.

They were both the existing door and set it in the garage so we could reuse it in another part of the house. The covered all the floor surfaces before they started. They swept up several times while doing the installation. So they didn't track anything. They took the extra time to paint the metal brick support installed in 1993 over the door frame to match the rest of the door. Not part of the project but definitely brought the entire entry together. They also respond well to Home bake cookies. we have been looking at steel doors for years. Well, they're more than wooden doors. The quality and strength and durability is so much better. These steel doors cost about 50% more than a high-quality wood door. Each door weighs 125 pounds plus the glass door insert. The one piece metal frame weighs even more. I love the way there is no door knob. Just push.

Fast forward to the installation- Anthony and his team came in like thunder and went to work- also very professional and knowledgeable of the Pella product. The first thing I noticed after our window that was installed in the LR was the non-glare on our TV - that was a big plus!
