The Salon is located in downtown Roseburg and is really nice inside, very tasteful, great vibe. It was a bank so there is a vault that you go into when they rinse your hair . Sarah was super friendly and right from the start I felt super comfortable. She didn't touch the blonde in the front pieces so I have a yellow-blonde in front and then a grey-blonde on the rest. The brown is a very cool tone almost black and does not match my natural hair color like I asked(it looks a lot better on camera than in person). She was nice and said my hair was an experiment for her but when I told her I was not pleased she refused to refund me anything. She offered to fix it but since it's very inconsistent, I doubt it would be better a second time.
