Not everyone does it, but it's a really nice touch and says considerate, smart, trained, and professional, to me. She asked informative questions about the cut I had and what I wanted (second good sign). The third good sign was that she noticed that the way my usual person thins/texturizes my hair, the front was being left thicker and was that intentional? Wow. Sold. You should call ahead...they rarely have availability for walk-ins (per my experience) but with a call, they can usually fit you in within a day or two. It's clean, the staff is skilled, they generally seem to get along well, and what I love most is that they are efficient!
