Nails & Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Roseburg, Oregon

I have had many manicures and pedicures here, both regular polish as well as gel. I have tried other nail salons in town but am now dedicated to this one. Every single time I have been more than satisfied with the services performed. All the nail technicians are sweet, kind, professional, and follow all rules of sanitization. I am sure they accept walk-ins but to be sure of an available appointment I suggest calling ahead. That's what I do and they can usually get me in within a day or two. They have massage chairs which are great to relax in while your pedicure is being done. The salon is quiet and has lots of greenery! It truly is a refreshing place to relax and unwind while getting your nails done! read more

The technicians are always nice. That is enough for me to choose them over some of the other quick nail salons.

I walked into this establishment at 2:30 on a Wednesday. When I walked in, there were two people receiving pedicures. I was not greeted but asked how could I be helped. When I said I wanted a pedicure, I was told they "don't have time". There were no other patrons waiting to receive services and they close at 6pm. Which I later called to confirm. read more

I walked in and the woman that was there had such a bad attitude. Not welcoming at all just a real bad vibe. I sat down and just wasn't feeling it. If I am going to pay you Doctors wages for a set of nails you need to treat me better! I'm exaggerating, but you get the gist. Be nice. Don't be a twataphorious! read more

Had a lovely experience at Nail & Spa today. My first time. They got me in the same day. All attendants were kind and checked in on me. The massage chairs were divine. The pedicure was exactly what I needed-- prompt, quick, and well done. Brava! Will be back! read more

The pedicure I had by Lannie(?) was the best pedi I have had in a long time. The price is amazing and the pedi was very well done, gentle, and thorough. The chairs are comfortable and everything appeared clean and sanitary. I have found my new home for pedicures. read more

Just had my first pedicure with Lee, she did an excellent job. Very sanitary with comfortable chairs.. I will go back next month.

I have only been here twice, but both times I had Lanni and she is very sweet. This is a great place to get a pedicure and they are very reasonable. The polish stays on forever and they have the great massage chairs to sit in. I will be back for my next pedicure with Lanni as soon as I need one!! read more

I just went recently and I would never go back. I got a set of nails (French Tip). They were uneven and messy. She was so rough with the nail grinder that I started bleeding. She didn't clean the nail polish or my nails after being done. The lady wasn't really nice. I tried to have a conversation but she was not interested. She was very rude when you asked a question or asked her to do something different with the nail. Overall, wouldn't recommend. read more

It was my first time to have my toe nails trimmed. Iee did a very good job. I will return again. She was very friendly.

I really enjoy going to get my nails done and Kim never disappoints. Whether I just want a fill or want to try something completely different, she always gives me the perfect look! read more

Nails & Spa - I absolutely love my nails! Kim did such a wonderful job!!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Roseburg, Oregon

The woman who did my Pedi tried to add a lot of services I didn't want, charged me $5.00 for a dollars-worth of really cheap stuff. Before I even sat down, I was quoted one price, then it went up and up and up. Nice looking place, rip off. read more

I made an appointment for a medi/pedi for my little sisters wedding. Regular polish on the toes and gel on the nails. The pedicure was okay. Toes look good and they cut my toe nails to where I wouldn't get ingrown toenails which was nice, but the massage and foot scrub could've been better... The mani was also okay, I didn't have much complaints until two days later the gel polish started chipping on multiple nails... The day of the wedding my nails were terrible and the gel polish was even lifting to where I could pull the whole polish off. This was extremely disappointing as I paid $70 all together!! I live in Seattle where I would've spent about $50 (tip and tax included) for this same service with a better pedi and longer lasting results.... read more

My daughter and I went in for a pedicure which was wonderful and ended up having my nails done so they did a wonderful job the guy is great

The woman who did my nails was very gentle and kind. Could use a little improvement on the acrylics ( two weren't the same length or shape but not major. It was an easy fix.) felt comfortable with the safety measures being taken for COVID. When you enter there is a temperature check and questions asked if you've had a cough fever ect & masks are worn the entire time read more

These guys rock, and I'm a picky person for sterilization. Awesome job and clean shop. My nails were super detailed and great callous removal, scrub, etc. five star! read more

My daughter and I were looking for a relaxing pedicure last minute. Yes, we were a walk in. However, it was apparent that they didn't want to serve us. Didn't feel welcome at all. read more

Kevin, the only male working there was rough and careless. He just blotted the nail polish missing the sides of my nails! I had to tell him how to do it. When he massaged my feet and legs he made me feel VERY uncomfortable. He even looked down to his crotch at the end. It was supergross! Additionally, a day later the polish began to chip and o ended up taking off the polish after only 3 days, when normally it lasts a week or more. I'm never going back. I felt raped and taken advantage of. read more

I was hesitant to try Nail & Spa today because of other yelp reviews, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! I called and got right in for a pedicure and Shellac manicure. Geniva did my nails and she was Fantastic. She did not rush and took her time so they were perfect! I would give Geniva 5 Stars and the overall salon a 3 because lack of atmosphere! read more

This place is awful! If I could give this place no stars I would. Do not go here! First they make you pay for files, which should be free, then just for white tip full set it was $50. Then my friend who was with me they said it was $30 for hers then went to pay after they were done and it was $35. She brought it to their attention and they said nope it's $37! read more

My mom and I are new to town and heard this place was good. We called ahead of time and asked if they do walk-in's or if we needed to make an appointment. The woman on the phone said that we did not need an appointment and told us to come in whenever. When we came in the next day and asked if we could get some manicures to which the lady who was with a customer was extremely rude in telling us that we needed an appointment and when my mother asked if there was any time later in the day that she could fit us in she basically shooed us away basically saying she didn't want our business. Not even bothering to check for us or anything. Also there were only two other customers being worked on. 0/10 would never even try to go there again. read more

The women work very quickly and do a good job. My only complaint would be different prices charged depending on who is doing the job. It seemed that some add in their tip when they tell you what you owe for the services. read more

She does a quick professional fill. I have been going for several years. Also, she is spot on with her appointment times. No waiting. Kevin is long gone. He works at the nail salon in the mall. read more
