I have used Pete Smith for oil changes over the past several years. I recently had an experience…read morewhere fault could not be determined with an issue caused to my vehicle, between Pete Smith or the dealership. I reported my issue to Pete Smith and without hesitation, I was offered replacement parts and repairs at no cost to myself. I was also contacted by a member of the Smith family to discuss the issue and resolution. I have to give a huge thanks to Cheryl Ford for her determination to help and Brian Whichard for assisting, as well. Even though this happened, I have no reservations returning to Pete Smith for any services. (Also, I'm native to AZ but live in Henderson. That would be a far trip for an oil change, lol.)

But if anything is questioned she quickly becomes unprofessional. My car has been safety inspected there (and passed) for years and years. Now it will not pass because of the window tint. Nothing changed-same window tint during all these years. When I questioned the inconsistency she basically told me to shut up by saying "we're not having this conversation". A few minutes later when she spoke to me I returned the favor and told her the same thing. You could have just said "Yes, you did not change and your car did not change. We changed and now we are stricter. Sorry about that". I will never go to Pete Smith Lube and Tire again as long as Cheryl is there.

He used his own discounts to help bring the cost down even more, which we really appreciated. He was honest, professional, and did a great job making sure our AC was blowing ice cold again. We would definitely hire Sean again for any future car maintenance needs.

As a result, the owner of the gas station called to have my car towed off their property which is totally within their right. I ended up having to pay an impound fee to T and W who picked my car up to have it released over to AAA. Alot of people on here and in general are going to roast the tow company but in all honesty they couldnt have been nicer and they are just doing a job and towed my AWD car properly so I am super appreciative of their professionalism.

NC and tow it to another location in Henderson to be fixed. 3 days later they finally show to pick the vehicle up. At the time no one wsd home at the residence. A phone call was made and TW was told payment would be made in person the next day. Verbal agreement made. TW then decided to take the car to their impound lot. Not good business and a way to scam money. I would suggest using a towing company with much more integrity. The better business has been contacted and considering legal representation. I also feel the public needs to be aware of the scamming by this company
